1月11日(ri),集(ji)團公司柳州經合山(shan)至(zhi)南寧高(gao)速公路(lu)項(xiang)目(mu)土建工程(cheng)施工№1合同段(duan)(以下簡稱:新(xin)柳南1標)古(gu)洲分離式立交橋首片箱梁(liang)架設完成,標志(zhi)項(xiang)目(mu)建設再獲新(xin)突破。

集團公司首次(ci)跨越雙鐵(tie)路施(shi)工(gong)的(de)(de)古(gu)洲分離(li)(li)式立交橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)上跨焦(jiao)(jiao)柳、黔(qian)桂鐵(tie)路,是新柳南(nan)高速控制性工(gong)程之一。古(gu)洲分離(li)(li)式立交橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)全長222米(mi),橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)墩外邊(bian)緣至焦(jiao)(jiao)柳鐵(tie)路線路中心最小水平距離(li)(li)僅為10米(mi),橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)墩到鐵(tie)路之間(jian)的(de)(de)距離(li)(li)非常(chang)小,給橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)梁樁基施(shi)工(gong)帶來巨大挑戰。

涉(she)鐵(tie)(tie)路施(shi)工(gong)(gong)危險性(xing)較(jiao)大(da)(da),鐵(tie)(tie)路部門安全(quan)防護(hu)要求(qiu)嚴(yan)格,新柳南1標在涉(she)鐵(tie)(tie)路施(shi)工(gong)(gong)方面缺乏相關工(gong)(gong)作經驗(yan)(yan),辦理涉(she)鐵(tie)(tie)路施(shi)工(gong)(gong)手(shou)續困難重(zhong)重(zhong)。項目在不斷(duan)地探索(suo)中總結經驗(yan)(yan)方法,在走訪十(shi)多個(ge)審批部門,修改專(zhuan)項施(shi)工(gong)(gong)方案二(er)十(shi)余次后,終于完善涉(she)鐵(tie)(tie)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)相關手(shou)續,完成19條(tiao)涉(she)鐵(tie)(tie)路通信光(guang)纜(lan)、信號光(guang)纜(lan)、高壓(ya)電線遷(qian)改,為涉(she)鐵(tie)(tie)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)順(shun)(shun)利(li)進(jin)(jin)行奠定基(ji)礎。焦柳、黔桂兩條(tiao)鐵(tie)(tie)路均為客貨(huo)兩運(yun),車流量大(da)(da),24小時(shi)(shi)運(yun)營(ying),車輛往返間(jian)隔時(shi)(shi)間(jian)短,每天留給(gei)項目施(shi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)“天窗時(shi)(shi)間(jian)”非常(chang)短,橋梁施(shi)工(gong)(gong)與(yu)鐵(tie)(tie)路運(yun)營(ying)的(de)統籌協調成為阻礙(ai)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)最大(da)(da)難關。為確保施(shi)工(gong)(gong)順(shun)(shun)利(li)進(jin)(jin)行,項目攜(xie)手(shou)鐵(tie)(tie)路部門聯合開展涉(she)鐵(tie)(tie)施(shi)工(gong)(gong),在涉(she)鐵(tie)(tie)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)路段附近設置(zhi)24小時(shi)(shi)值班崗,安裝攝(she)像(xiang)頭實時(shi)(shi)監(jian)控施(shi)工(gong)(gong)安全(quan)。項目還引(yin)進(jin)(jin)2臺(tai)新型旋挖鉆(zhan),采用更先進(jin)(jin)的(de)機械設備加快施(shi)工(gong)(gong)進(jin)(jin)度,降低(di)樁(zhuang)基(ji)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)對鐵(tie)(tie)路正常(chang)運(yun)營(ying)影響。

2020年9月11日,古洲分(fen)離式立交(jiao)橋正式進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)涉鐵施(shi)工階段(duan),項目員工充分(fen)發揮(hui)特(te)別能吃苦(ku)、特(te)別能戰斗、特(te)別能奉獻的路建(jian)鐵軍精神,克服施(shi)工“天窗”時間(jian)短、不適(shi)應鐵路部門相關(guan)(guan)規章制度、不間(jian)斷(duan)停工等重(zhong)重(zhong)難關(guan)(guan),歷時四個月,古洲分(fen)離式立交(jiao)橋工程進(jin)(jin)(jin)度取得重(zhong)大突破,順(shun)利完成首片箱梁架設,進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)上構施(shi)工階段(duan)。
