《高(gao)(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)產業(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)人集中(zhong)社區(qu)(qu)化管理》是高(gao)(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)產業(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)人集中(zhong)社區(qu)(qu)化管理模式(shi)的一(yi)次創(chuang)新(xin)嘗試,即在工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)項目場站(zhan)和大型結構(gou)物周邊(bian),規(gui)劃和建設(she)工(gong)(gong)(gong)人集中(zhong)居住區(qu)(qu),以改變傳統的產業(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)人圍(wei)繞高(gao)(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)零散居住的模式(shi),實行社區(qu)(qu)化管理。在業(ye)主(zhu)單(dan)位的指導下(xia),這一(yi)創(chuang)新(xin)成果已(yi)經在廣(guang)西路(lu)建集團承建的蘭州至海口(kou)高(gao)(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)廣(guang)西欽州至北海段改擴(kuo)建工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)1標“工(gong)(gong)(gong)人馨村”得到(dao)有效應用。

《以科(ke)(ke)技(ji)(ji)創新(xin)+資(zi)(zi)(zi)源集約(yue)(yue)化管(guan)理推動綠色(se)品(pin)質雙(shuang)示范工程建(jian)設(she)》致力于打造(zao)廣西路(lu)建(jian)集團(tuan)“品(pin)質建(jian)設(she)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源集約(yue)(yue)管(guan)理體系”,在公(gong)路(lu)工程建(jian)造(zao)過程中(zhong),從科(ke)(ke)技(ji)(ji)創新(xin)+資(zi)(zi)(zi)源的(de)集約(yue)(yue)化管(guan)理入(ru)手,推動改進施工技(ji)(ji)術(shu),提高(gao)施工品(pin)質,降低施工成(cheng)本,減少固體排放物,實現資(zi)(zi)(zi)源綜(zong)合(he)循環利用。通過“PDCA循環”的(de)管(guan)理手段(duan),對項目材(cai)(cai)料(liao)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源集約(yue)(yue)利用管(guan)理,綜(zong)合(he)協調材(cai)(cai)料(liao)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源利用,減少材(cai)(cai)料(liao)浪費,發展固廢材(cai)(cai)料(liao)在工程中(zhong)的(de)應用,推進綠色(se)品(pin)質雙(shuang)示范工程建(jian)設(she)。

在參建靖西(xi)至那坡高速(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)、百色到靖西(xi)高速(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)、梧州至柳州高速(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)等(deng)高速(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)的過程(cheng)中,廣西(xi)路(lu)建集(ji)團已在20余(yu)個項目推行科技(ji)(ji)創新+資(zi)源(yuan)集(ji)約化管理(li),并(bing)取得了(le)良好成效,具有較(jiao)強的推廣價值。例如,在梧州至柳州高速(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)7標,項目研制砂(sha)巖(yan)機制砂(sha)制造技(ji)(ji)術,實(shi)現(xian)就地取材(cai)、資(zi)源(yuan)循環利用;通過架橋(qiao)機前(qian)支(zhi)撐(cheng)結(jie)構技(ji)(ji)術改進,實(shi)現(xian)大型預制構件安全快(kuai)速(su)安裝等(deng)等(deng),提高施工效率……這(zhe)些具體案例均是“科技(ji)(ji)創新+資(zi)源(yuan)集(ji)約化管理(li)”的有力(li)實(shi)踐。
