9月28日,在國慶節來臨之際,南寧沙井(jing)至吳圩高(gao)速公路(lu)正式建成通(tong)車。廣(guang)西路(lu)建集(ji)團作為參建方(fang)之一(yi),以實際行動(dong)為祖國獻上交通(tong)人的特(te)殊“筑(zhu)”福。

沙(sha)吳1標(biao)主線(xian)(xian)全(quan)(quan)長12公里、新建南壇(tan)改線(xian)(xian)2.7公里,并(bing)包含龍潭(tan)服務(wu)區(qu)、沙(sha)井(jing)(jing)互通(tong)樞紐、新建沙(sha)井(jing)(jing)收費站(zhan)(zhan)等(deng)工程。面對工期(qi)緊、任(ren)務(wu)重(zhong)、涉路(lu)施工路(lu)段長等(deng)難(nan)題,廣西(xi)路(lu)建集團(tuan)合理規劃時(shi)間節點(dian)(dian)、科(ke)學(xue)調度生產資源、分化瓦(wa)解建設(she)難(nan)點(dian)(dian)、強(qiang)化管控安(an)全(quan)(quan)風險,采(cai)取切實(shi)有效的措施。圍繞(rao)工程重(zhong)點(dian)(dian)、難(nan)點(dian)(dian),成立(li)沙(sha)吳1標(biao)保通(tong)車指揮部,確立(li)了瀝(li)青(qing)(qing)路(lu)面、沙(sha)井(jing)(jing)收費站(zhan)(zhan)及(ji)南壇(tan)改線(xian)(xian)、龍潭(tan)服務(wu)區(qu)“三大攻(gong)堅戰”,高峰時(shi)期(qi)調度管理人(ren)員、施工人(ren)員共1071人(ren)及(ji)瀝(li)青(qing)(qing)攪拌站(zhan)(zhan)、瀝(li)青(qing)(qing)攤鋪機(ji)、挖掘機(ji)、壓路(lu)機(ji)、銑刨機(ji)等(deng)各類(lei)機(ji)械(xie)設(she)備80余(yu)臺同時(shi)施工,全(quan)(quan)力保障工程進度。

“筑”福一:金剛砂(sha)混凝土(tu)路(lu)面技術。沙(sha)井(jing)收(shou)費(fei)站是沙(sha)吳(wu)(wu)高速(su)的(de)(de)(de)“門面招(zhao)牌”,2.2萬(wan)平(ping)方米的(de)(de)(de)廣場(chang)寬敞平(ping)坦,收(shou)費(fei)大棚宛(wan)如銀燕展翅(chi)端莊而優(you)雅,鑲嵌(qian)著的(de)(de)(de)壯族花(hua)式圖紋極具民族特色。在品質工程方面,沙(sha)吳(wu)(wu)1標采用了(le)水(shui)泥(ni)混(hun)凝土(tu)面層(ceng)+金剛(gang)砂磨耗層(ceng)技術(shu),在沙(sha)井(jing)收(shou)費(fei)廣場(chang)建(jian)設金剛(gang)砂混(hun)凝土(tu)路面,有(you)效增(zeng)強了(le)路面抗滑性(xing)和耐磨性(xing),更(geng)能適應(ying)廣西區域(yu)內雨水(shui)天氣較多、收(shou)費(fei)站車(che)流密集的(de)(de)(de)情況,具有(you)較強的(de)(de)(de)推廣應(ying)用價值。

“筑”福二:智能碾壓與(yu)全域檢測(ce)技術。為解決路基碾(nian)壓施工中存在的(de)漏壓、少(shao)壓等問題,項(xiang)目采(cai)用(yong)智(zhi)能碾(nian)壓與全域(yu)檢測技術,智(zhi)慧監控壓路機作業軌跡,實(shi)時反饋各項(xiang)數(shu)據(ju),確保(bao)土石方填筑壓實(shi)監控到位、路基穩定。

“筑”福(fu)三:超(chao)聲波水洗及鏡面混(hun)凝土技術。粗糙、暗淡的混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)一直是影響工程(cheng)質量與美(mei)觀性的“槽點(dian)”。沙吳1標(biao)采用“超(chao)聲(sheng)波(bo)水洗(xi)”技術,通過超(chao)聲(sheng)波(bo)振(zhen)動液體,產生數(shu)以萬計的微小泡核“轟擊”混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)原料(liao)表面,使污(wu)垢“無所遁形”,從(cong)源頭把控(kong)混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)品質。沙吳1標(biao)使用清潔(jie)(jie)原料(liao),精細把控(kong)混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)配合、攪拌、澆筑(zhu)、養(yang)護等(deng)各(ge)個環節,制造出光潔(jie)(jie)造影、溫潤(run)如(ru)玉的鏡(jing)面混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu),大規模應用于涵洞、橋梁(liang)施工中(zhong),交出了混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)構(gou)件“內實外美(mei)”的優質答卷。

“筑”福四:邊坡混合花草(cao)綠(lv)化(hua)(hua)噴播綠(lv)化(hua)(hua)方案。此(ci)外,在(zai)綠色工程(cheng)方(fang)面(mian),沙吳高速1標采用邊(bian)坡(po)混合(he)花(hua)草綠化噴播(bo)綠化方(fang)案,宮粉紫荊(jing)、火焰木(mu)、硫華(hua)菊、糖蜜草等二十余種植物形成色彩(cai)鮮(xian)艷(yan)、層(ceng)次豐富的景觀,實現沿線邊(bian)坡(po)、工程(cheng)防護與生(sheng)態(tai)防護相結合(he),“四季(ji)常綠、三季(ji)有(you)花(hua)”。

沙吳(wu)高速(su)公(gong)路是南寧市(shi)區通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)往(wang)吳(wu)圩機(ji)場(chang)(chang)(chang)與(yu)空港區的(de)第三(san)條高速(su)大(da)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)道,是交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)強國試(shi)點和(he)廣西(xi)(xi)交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)運輸科技(ji)示范工程(cheng),建成通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)車后將形成多向聯(lian)結(jie)的(de)高速(su)公(gong)路網絡,提升交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)行效率;極大(da)緩解南寧南站及機(ji)場(chang)(chang)(chang)貨(huo)運壓力(li),助力(li)南寧吳(wu)圩國際(ji)機(ji)場(chang)(chang)(chang)進一步完善機(ji)場(chang)(chang)(chang)集疏運通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)道,更好發(fa)展機(ji)場(chang)(chang)(chang)空港經(jing)濟區,對廣西(xi)(xi)實(shi)施強首府(fu)戰(zhan)略、面向東(dong)盟“一帶(dai)一路”互聯(lian)互通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、西(xi)(xi)部(bu)陸(lu)海新通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)道和(he)交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)等重大(da)戰(zhan)略推動(dong)實(shi)施具有較(jiao)大(da)意義。
