10月11日(ri),集團公司融(rong)河(he)四分部(bu)主線瀝青(qing)上面層攤鋪完(wan)成(cheng),標(biao)志著融(rong)河(he)四分部(bu)20.3Km主線瀝青(qing)路面工(gong)程(cheng)全部(bu)完(wan)成(cheng),項目(mu)主體工(gong)程(cheng)任務基本完(wan)成(cheng),成(cheng)為融(rong)河(he)高(gao)速公路首(shou)個完(wan)成(cheng)主線瀝青(qing)施工(gong)的標(biao)桿項目(mu),離11月28日(ri)通車目(mu)標(biao)再邁(mai)出關鍵一步。

融河四分部率先完成主線瀝青上面層攤鋪施工
奮斗一線,保證施工建設有序
融(rong)(rong)水至(zhi)河池(chi)高(gao)(gao)速(su)公路(lu)(lu)是廣西交通(tong)網“橫2線(xian)”賀州(靈峰(feng))至(zhi)隆林(lin)(板(ban)壩)公路(lu)(lu)支線(xian)——桂林(lin)至(zhi)河池(chi)高(gao)(gao)速(su)公路(lu)(lu)的(de)重要組成(cheng)路(lu)(lu)段,全線(xian)挺進柳(liu)州、河池(chi)多個(ge)貧(pin)困(kun)山區(qu)(qu),是廣西深度貧(pin)困(kun)縣羅城仫佬族自(zi)治縣有史以來的(de)第一條高(gao)(gao)速(su)公路(lu)(lu)。融(rong)(rong)河高(gao)(gao)速(su)公路(lu)(lu)建成(cheng)通(tong)車后,貧(pin)困(kun)戶所種植的(de)核(he)桃、糖料蔗、花卉苗(miao)圃(pu)及(ji)蠶絲等(deng)特色高(gao)(gao)經濟效益農(nong)作物可通(tong)過“高(gao)(gao)速(su)直(zhi)通(tong)道”快速(su)銷(xiao)售(shou)至(zhi)柳(liu)州、桂林(lin)、南寧等(deng)相對發達地(di)區(qu)(qu),使(shi)沿線(xian)貧(pin)困(kun)地(di)區(qu)(qu)享受到(dao)高(gao)(gao)速(su)路(lu)(lu)通(tong)車后實實在(zai)在(zai)的(de)經濟福(fu)利(li)。
融河高速公路(lu)沿線民(min)房分散(san),許多群眾身居(ju)大(da)山深處,山路(lu)崎嶇,往(wang)往(wang)需要數小時才能到達臨近(jin)的(de)村屯(tun),極少有機會(hui)能走出大(da)山。
集團公司融河四分部全(quan)體參(can)建(jian)者舍棄(qi)過很多次休假的機會(hui),埋頭苦干、克(ke)難(nan)攻堅。2020年(nian)新冠肺(fei)炎疫情(qing),延(yan)誤了項(xiang)(xiang)目員工(gong)(gong)返崗(gang)復工(gong)(gong)時(shi)間(jian),但(dan)熄滅不(bu)了項(xiang)(xiang)目員工(gong)(gong)復崗(gang)復業的工(gong)(gong)作激(ji)情(qing)。自(zi)復工(gong)(gong)復產以來,半幅架(jia)通(tong)、全(quan)幅架(jia)通(tong),遷民房、拆高壓鐵(tie)塔,水穩施工(gong)(gong)、瀝(li)青攤(tan)鋪,項(xiang)(xiang)目各節(jie)點工(gong)(gong)程有條不(bu)紊的展(zhan)開推進(jin),工(gong)(gong)程進(jin)度(du)步(bu)步(bu)領先。國(guo)慶(qing)(qing)中(zhong)秋“雙(shuang)節(jie)”期間(jian),項(xiang)(xiang)目49名管(guan)理(li)人(ren)員、24人(ren)瀝(li)青班組(zu)、213人(ren)施工(gong)(gong)勞務作業隊伍全(quan)部在崗(gang),堅持奮(fen)(fen)斗在施工(gong)(gong)一(yi)線(xian)(xian),為項(xiang)(xiang)目“通(tong)車前最(zui)后一(yi)公里”保駕護航。國(guo)慶(qing)(qing)中(zhong)秋“雙(shuang)節(jie)”期間(jian),融河四分部全(quan)體參(can)建(jian)者主動(dong)放棄(qi)節(jie)假日(ri)休息時(shi)間(jian),奮(fen)(fen)斗在項(xiang)(xiang)目建(jian)設一(yi)線(xian)(xian)。
嚴格管理,保證施工安全質量
融(rong)河(he)四分部全線20.3Km路面瀝(li)青結(jie)構層(ceng)(ceng)為2.5cm厚(hou)RAC-10F橡膠瀝(li)青混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)功能層(ceng)(ceng)+8cm厚(hou)AC-25C瀝(li)青混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)下面層(ceng)(ceng)+6cm厚(hou)AC-20C改性瀝(li)青混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)中(zhong)面層(ceng)(ceng)+4cm厚(hou)橡膠瀝(li)青混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)上面層(ceng)(ceng),各個施(shi)工步驟嚴格按照技術(shu)方案(an)標準施(shi)工。
2019年12月(yue)30日,融(rong)河(he)四分部在(zai)K85+700—K86+300右(you)幅進行瀝(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)(qing)下面層試驗路攤(tan)(tan)鋪,正式拉開(kai)瀝(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)(qing)攤(tan)(tan)鋪施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)序幕(mu)。施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)以來(lai),項目堅持做(zuo)到(dao)開(kai)展一次施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)業(ye)、進行一次安(an)全技術交(jiao)底,嚴格把控瀝(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)(qing)原材料生產、運輸(shu),瀝(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)(qing)混凝土(tu)攤(tan)(tan)鋪、碾壓等各(ge)個環(huan)節,各(ge)崗(gang)位(wei)人員(yuan)各(ge)司其職、恪盡職責(ze),全力(li)確保(bao)瀝(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)(qing)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)質量。在(zai)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)安(an)排上,瀝(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)(qing)班(ban)組以隊為單位(wei),輪(lun)流上崗(gang),做(zuo)到(dao)“雨天修(xiu)整(zheng)機(ji)械、晴天趕(gan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)追速”,在(zai)保(bao)證瀝(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)(qing)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)“五加二、白(bai)加黑”24小時(shi)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的同時(shi),保(bao)證施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)業(ye)人員(yuan)的休息時(shi)間,保(bao)障施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)業(ye)人員(yuan)安(an)全。
此外,項目(mu)全(quan)程跟進部署,克服雨季時間(jian)長(chang)降水多、原材(cai)料供(gong)應(ying)緊張、機械設備(bei)及人員不足、工(gong)作面不連(lian)貫等(deng)諸多困難(nan),施(shi)工(gong)用時僅10個月,全(quan)部完成(cheng)路(lu)面瀝(li)青(qing)工(gong)程量,全(quan)力(li)沖(chong)刺(ci)融河高速公(gong)路(lu)建成(cheng)通車目(mu)標。融河四分部瀝(li)青(qing)班組連(lian)續作戰72小(xiao)時,全(quan)力(li)攻(gong)堅項目(mu)瀝(li)青(qing)上面層攤鋪工(gong)程量。
施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)至今,項(xiang)(xiang)目已進入最后的建(jian)成通車沖刺階段。為此,項(xiang)(xiang)目實時跟進剩余(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)量,合(he)理(li)部署剩余(yu)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)節(jie)點目標。下一(yi)步,項(xiang)(xiang)目將重點攻(gong)堅(jian)融(rong)河五分部瀝青施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),繼續(xu)保(bao)(bao)持時不(bu)我待的工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)責任感(gan),積極發揚“特別(bie)能吃苦、特別(bie)能戰(zhan)斗、特別(bie)能奉(feng)獻”路建(jian)鐵軍精神,全力攻(gong)堅(jian)剩余(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)量,以完工(gong)(gong)(gong)通車驗收為工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)第一(yi)要(yao)務,吹好最后一(yi)口(kou)哨、站好最后一(yi)班崗,全力保(bao)(bao)障11月28日融(rong)河高(gao)速公路順利建(jian)成通車。力爭融(rong)河路(lu)(lu)上(shang)再創路(lu)(lu)建輝煌,鋪就沿(yan)線群(qun)眾幸福小康道路(lu)(lu)。
