12月(yue)15日(ri)(ri),集(ji)團公司參建的(de)廣西興(xing)(xing)業(ye)至六景(jing)高速公路(lu)(lu)(lu)路(lu)(lu)(lu)面(mian)(mian)改造(zao)(zao)工程№SG3合同段(以下(xia)簡(jian)稱“興(xing)(xing)六3標(biao)”),經過項目全(quan)體(ti)參建人員100多個日(ri)(ri)夜的(de)持續奮戰,六景(jing)往興(xing)(xing)業(ye)方向33.1公里長,11.5米寬的(de)半幅舊路(lu)(lu)(lu)改造(zao)(zao)路(lu)(lu)(lu)面(mian)(mian),正式完工通車(che),標(biao)志(zhi)著興(xing)(xing)業(ye)至六景(jing)高速公路(lu)(lu)(lu)路(lu)(lu)(lu)面(mian)(mian)改造(zao)(zao)工程“南寧往玉林方向”半幅改造(zao)(zao)完成,正式恢(hui)復通行(xing)。

廣(guang)西(xi)興(xing)業至六景(jing)高速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)位于G80廣(guang)州(zhou)至昆明高速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)的中(zhong)間路(lu)段,不僅是(shi)國(guo)家高速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)網(wang)“7 射、11 縱、18 橫(heng)”的重要(yao)組成部(bu)分,同時(shi)也是(shi)廣(guang)西(xi)“6 橫(heng)、7 縱、8 支線”高速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)網(wang)的主(zhu)骨(gu)架,是(shi)中(zhong)國(guo)西(xi)南(nan)(nan)地區通往粵(yue)港(gang)澳的重要(yao)通道(dao),是(shi)西(xi)部(bu)大開發區域、泛珠三角(jiao)經(jing)濟區、大西(xi)南(nan)(nan)經(jing)濟區與“中(zhong)國(guo)—東盟自由貿(mao)易區”、中(zhong)越“兩廊一圈”、粵(yue)港(gang)澳大灣區進行(xing)聯系的交(jiao)通樞紐,在(zai)國(guo)家高速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)網(wang)中(zhong)具有十分重要(yao)的地位和作用。

路面改造 經濟通道再升級
2003年(nian)(nian)8月,廣西(xi)興(xing)業至六景(jing)高速(su)(su)公路建成(cheng)通(tong)車,至今已(yi)運營16年(nian)(nian)。隨著西(xi)南(nan)地區經濟快速(su)(su)發展(zhan),該高速(su)(su)公路交通(tong)量(liang)、軸重均大(da)幅增加,路況(kuang)水(shui)平已(yi)進(jin)入快速(su)(su)衰減期(qi),養護投資逐年(nian)(nian)增加,受每(mei)年(nian)(nian)較大(da)規模(mo)換板灌漿等(deng)封閉維修的影響(xiang),道(dao)路服務水(shui)平日益下降。
興六3標主(zhu)要承擔舊路(lu)病(bing)害處治、瀝(li)青路(lu)面加鋪、橋涵加固補(bu)強、交通(tong)安(an)全(quan)設施改(gai)(gai)(gai)造(zao)、綠化及環境(jing)保護工(gong)程(cheng)改(gai)(gai)(gai)造(zao)、施工(gong)交通(tong)導改(gai)(gai)(gai)、安(an)全(quan)維(wei)護、應急搶險、道路(lu)日常(chang)維(wei)修保養等工(gong)作內容。此次路(lu)面改(gai)(gai)(gai)造(zao)將切(qie)實提高該路(lu)段行車舒適性,減(jian)(jian)少安(an)全(quan)隱患,減(jian)(jian)少后期養護成本,同時提高廣西高速公路(lu)形象。
瀝青路面加鋪
科學組織 快速推進施工
面(mian)對(dui)路面(mian)改造工(gong)程時間緊、任務重、車流量大等困難,興(xing)六3標建設團隊變壓力為動(dong)力,科學調度,倒排工(gong)期,持續優化施(shi)工(gong)組織。建設伊始,項目即快速打(da)開多個工(gong)作面(mian),并緊抓監(jian)督材料備用情況,增添勞務班組、機械設備等資源的投入,24小時不間斷進行施(shi)工(gong)。
為迅速(su)推(tui)進(jin)路面改造進(jin)度,項(xiang)目(mu)建設(she)團隊用時7天完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)項(xiang)目(mu)駐地建設(she),一個(ge)月(yue)完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)拌合站場站建設(she)。2020年9月(yue)1日,開始(shi)進(jin)行半(ban)幅(六景(jing)至興業(ye)段(duan))全封閉施(shi)工(gong)(gong),僅用一個(ge)月(yue)時間完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)了(le)33.1公里的路面換(huan)板和(he)澆筑、路基和(he)板底(di)注漿、橋(qiao)梁病(bing)害處理(li)等的施(shi)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)作,并于10月(yue)份(fen)開始(shi)進(jin)行大面積的瀝青(qing)路面施(shi)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)作,12月(yue)15日完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)路面瀝青(qing)攤鋪、劃線(xian)和(he)清理(li)工(gong)(gong)作,圓滿完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)半(ban)幅通車任務(wu)。

強化管理 打造精品工程
開(kai)(kai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)伊始,項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)就建立了質量保證(zheng)(zheng)體(ti)系,制(zhi)訂了具(ju)體(ti)的質量保證(zheng)(zheng)措(cuo)施(shi)(shi)。一是做好首件工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程認可制(zhi),規范施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi),施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)生產時(shi)嚴格(ge)按照標(biao)準進行組織施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)和(he)管(guan)理;二是加(jia)強(qiang)現場(chang)監(jian)管(guan)。每(mei)天(tian)在水(shui)泥穩定混合(he)料、封層、瀝青混合(he)料鋪(pu)(pu)筑(zhu)前,提前對攤鋪(pu)(pu)準備(bei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作進行檢(jian)驗(yan),檢(jian)驗(yan)合(he)格(ge)后(hou)開(kai)(kai)始攤鋪(pu)(pu);三是加(jia)強(qiang)日常監(jian)督巡查,強(qiang)化過程控制(zhi)。項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)領導堅持帶(dai)班,每(mei)天(tian)對施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)現場(chang)進行巡查,對質量問題及(ji)時(shi)處理、不留隱患;四是定期進行工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)培訓,提高(gao)管(guan)理人員自(zi)身(shen)技術素(su)養(yang),進一步掌握(wo)各種(zhong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)的運用(yong),提高(gao)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)質量和(he)效率。
路面改造完(wan)成部分路容
按照興(xing)業至(zhi)六景高速(su)公路路面改(gai)造(zao)工程創新采取(qu)的(de)“半幅(fu)封(feng)閉施工,另(ling)半幅(fu)單向正常通(tong)行”的(de)交通(tong)組(zu)織(zhi)方案施工方案,“南寧往(wang)玉林方向”恢復通(tong)行的(de)同(tong)時(shi),“玉林往(wang)南寧方向”將開啟(qi)半幅(fu)全封(feng)閉施工,下一步計劃在(zai)2020年12月16日(ri)至(zhi)2021年3月31日(ri)完(wan)成另(ling)外半幅(fu)路面改(gai)造(zao)施工。接下來,興(xing)六3標(biao)建(jian)設團隊將繼續發揚路建(jian)鐵軍精(jing)神,在(zai)新一輪的(de)“百(bai)日(ri)攻堅戰(zhan)”中,憑借(jie)精(jing)心的(de)組(zu)織(zhi)和科學的(de)管理,以更快的(de)“路建(jian)速(su)度”,推進項(xiang)目標(biao)段范(fan)圍內的(de)施工建(jian)設任務。
