11月14日,集團公(gong)司承建的融水至(zhi)(zhi)河(he)池(chi)高(gao)速(su)公(gong)路(lu)四分部(bu)(bu)(以下簡稱(cheng)“融河(he)四分部(bu)(bu)”)順利完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)祥貝連(lian)接(jie)線(xian)瀝(li)青上面層攤鋪作(zuo)業,標志著融水至(zhi)(zhi)河(he)池(chi)高(gao)速(su)公(gong)路(lu)(路(lu)建段)瀝(li)青路(lu)面施工任(ren)務(wu)全(quan)部(bu)(bu)完(wan)(wan)成(cheng),成(cheng)為全(quan)線(xian)首個完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)全(quan)部(bu)(bu)施工任(ren)務(wu)的分部(bu)(bu)。

三萬米征拆路 一條心破難關
融(rong)河四(si)分部(bu)(bu)主(zhu)(zhu)線全長(chang)20.3Km,祥貝連接(jie)線全長(chang)9.705Km,橫跨“2縣(區)7村31自然屯”,涉及拆遷(qian)房屋41座,需遷(qian)移(yi)(yi)10KV桿線31處、墳墓415座,直接(jie)影響(xiang)(xiang)沿線群眾2萬多人(ren)生產(chan)生活,征(zheng)拆任(ren)務十(shi)分艱巨,施(shi)工(gong)生產(chan)進(jin)度一度落(luo)后于(yu)融(rong)河高(gao)速其它項目。為有效加快(kuai)施(shi)工(gong)進(jin)度,項目以“領導班子(zi)抓(zhua)全局統籌、現(xian)場管理抓(zhua)具體協(xie)調(diao)”為思路,在(zai)拆遷(qian)戶的房前屋后設辦公點(dian)、以高(gao)速用地的田間(jian)地頭作(zuo)“戰場”,人(ren)人(ren)扮演(yan)“協(xie)調(diao)員”的角色,堅持“尺(chi)子(zi)量到底,標準執行到底”原(yuan)則,快(kuai)速推(tui)進(jin)征(zheng)拆協(xie)調(diao)工(gong)作(zuo)。2019年11月(yue)(yue)15日完成所有10KV桿線遷(qian)移(yi)(yi);11月(yue)(yue)22日祥貝連接(jie)線全部(bu)(bu)交地;11月(yue)(yue)29日影響(xiang)(xiang)主(zhu)(zhu)線施(shi)工(gong)的房屋全部(bu)(bu)拆除;2019年12月(yue)(yue)底,項目沿線施(shi)工(gong)用地基本(ben)征(zheng)拆完畢,為項目創造了極為有利的施(shi)工(gong)生產(chan)條件(jian)。

融(rong)水至(zhi)河(he)池(chi)高(gao)速(su)公路作(zuo)為(wei)廣(guang)西“縣(xian)縣(xian)通”重點高(gao)速(su)公路,是貴州(zhou)、四川、重慶等省、市(shi)通往(wang)粵港澳大灣區的重要過境通道(dao)(dao),也(ye)是貴州(zhou)省與(yu)廣(guang)西桂(gui)林、柳州(zhou)、河(he)池(chi)等桂(gui)中北城(cheng)市(shi)交流的便捷通道(dao)(dao)。融(rong)水至(zhi)河(he)池(chi)高(gao)速(su)公路建成(cheng)通車后,將對(dui)助(zhu)力柳州(zhou)、河(he)池(chi)打(da)贏(ying)脫貧攻堅戰發揮重要作(zuo)用。當(dang)前,融(rong)河(he)四分(fen)部已做好(hao)充(chong)分(fen)準備,正翹首以待2020年11月28日(ri)融(rong)河(he)高(gao)速(su)建成(cheng)通車莊嚴時刻的到來。
