11月14日,集(ji)團公(gong)司承(cheng)建的融水(shui)至河(he)池(chi)高速(su)公(gong)路四分(fen)(fen)部(以下簡稱“融河(he)四分(fen)(fen)部”)順利完成祥貝連接線瀝(li)青上面(mian)層攤鋪作業(ye),標(biao)志(zhi)著(zhu)融水(shui)至河(he)池(chi)高速(su)公(gong)路(路建段(duan))瀝(li)青路面(mian)施工任務(wu)全(quan)(quan)部完成,成為全(quan)(quan)線首個(ge)完成全(quan)(quan)部施工任務(wu)的分(fen)(fen)部。

三萬米征拆路 一條心破難關
融(rong)河四分部主線(xian)全(quan)(quan)長(chang)20.3Km,祥(xiang)(xiang)貝連接線(xian)全(quan)(quan)長(chang)9.705Km,橫(heng)跨(kua)“2縣(區)7村31自然屯”,涉及拆(chai)遷(qian)房(fang)屋41座(zuo),需(xu)遷(qian)移10KV桿(gan)線(xian)31處、墳墓415座(zuo),直接影(ying)響沿(yan)線(xian)群(qun)眾2萬多人生產(chan)生活,征(zheng)拆(chai)任務(wu)十(shi)分艱(jian)巨,施工生產(chan)進(jin)度(du)一度(du)落后于融(rong)河高速其(qi)它項(xiang)目。為有(you)效加快施工進(jin)度(du),項(xiang)目以“領導班(ban)子抓全(quan)(quan)局統(tong)籌(chou)、現場管理(li)抓具體協調”為思路,在拆(chai)遷(qian)戶的(de)(de)房(fang)前屋后設(she)辦公(gong)點、以高速用地的(de)(de)田間地頭作“戰場”,人人扮演“協調員(yuan)”的(de)(de)角色,堅持“尺(chi)子量到(dao)底(di),標準執(zhi)行(xing)到(dao)底(di)”原則,快速推進(jin)征(zheng)拆(chai)協調工作。2019年11月(yue)(yue)15日完成所有(you)10KV桿(gan)線(xian)遷(qian)移;11月(yue)(yue)22日祥(xiang)(xiang)貝連接線(xian)全(quan)(quan)部交地;11月(yue)(yue)29日影(ying)響主線(xian)施工的(de)(de)房(fang)屋全(quan)(quan)部拆(chai)除;2019年12月(yue)(yue)底(di),項(xiang)目沿(yan)線(xian)施工用地基(ji)本征(zheng)拆(chai)完畢(bi),為項(xiang)目創造(zao)了(le)極為有(you)利的(de)(de)施工生產(chan)條(tiao)件。
