10月(yue)11日,集(ji)團公司(si)融(rong)河四(si)分部(bu)主線瀝青(qing)上面(mian)層攤鋪完(wan)(wan)成(cheng),標志著融(rong)河四(si)分部(bu)20.3Km主線瀝青(qing)路面(mian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)全(quan)部(bu)完(wan)(wan)成(cheng),項目主體工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)任務基本完(wan)(wan)成(cheng),成(cheng)為融(rong)河高速公路首個(ge)完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)主線瀝青(qing)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)的標桿項目,離(li)11月(yue)28日通車目標再邁出關(guan)鍵(jian)一步。

融河四分部率先完成主線瀝青上面層攤鋪施工
奮斗一線,保證施工建設有序
融(rong)水(shui)至(zhi)河(he)(he)池高速(su)(su)公路(lu)是廣西交(jiao)通(tong)網“橫2線”賀(he)州(靈峰)至(zhi)隆林(板壩)公路(lu)支(zhi)線——桂林至(zhi)河(he)(he)池高速(su)(su)公路(lu)的重要(yao)組成路(lu)段,全線挺進柳州、河(he)(he)池多(duo)個貧(pin)(pin)困(kun)山(shan)區(qu),是廣西深(shen)度貧(pin)(pin)困(kun)縣羅(luo)城仫佬族自治(zhi)縣有(you)史以來的第一條(tiao)高速(su)(su)公路(lu)。融(rong)河(he)(he)高速(su)(su)公路(lu)建成通(tong)車后,貧(pin)(pin)困(kun)戶(hu)所種植的核桃、糖料蔗、花卉苗圃及蠶絲(si)等特色高經(jing)(jing)濟效益農(nong)作物可通(tong)過“高速(su)(su)直通(tong)道(dao)”快(kuai)速(su)(su)銷售至(zhi)柳州、桂林、南(nan)寧等相對發達地區(qu),使沿(yan)線貧(pin)(pin)困(kun)地區(qu)享受(shou)到高速(su)(su)路(lu)通(tong)車后實(shi)(shi)實(shi)(shi)在(zai)在(zai)的經(jing)(jing)濟福(fu)利。
融河(he)高速(su)公(gong)路(lu)沿(yan)線(xian)民房分(fen)散,許多群眾身居(ju)大山(shan)(shan)深處,山(shan)(shan)路(lu)崎嶇,往往需要數小(xiao)時才能到達臨近的(de)村(cun)屯(tun),極(ji)少有(you)機會能走(zou)出大山(shan)(shan)。
集團公司融河四(si)分(fen)部(bu)全(quan)(quan)體(ti)參建(jian)者舍棄過很多次休(xiu)假的機會,埋(mai)頭苦(ku)干、克難攻堅(jian)。2020年新冠(guan)肺炎疫情(qing),延(yan)誤了項(xiang)目(mu)員工(gong)(gong)返崗(gang)(gang)復(fu)工(gong)(gong)時間,但熄滅不(bu)了項(xiang)目(mu)員工(gong)(gong)復(fu)崗(gang)(gang)復(fu)業的工(gong)(gong)作激情(qing)。自復(fu)工(gong)(gong)復(fu)產以來,半幅(fu)架(jia)通(tong)、全(quan)(quan)幅(fu)架(jia)通(tong),遷民房(fang)、拆(chai)高壓鐵塔,水穩施(shi)工(gong)(gong)、瀝青攤鋪(pu),項(xiang)目(mu)各節(jie)點工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)有條不(bu)紊(wen)的展開推進,工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)進度步(bu)步(bu)領先。國(guo)慶中秋“雙(shuang)節(jie)”期間,項(xiang)目(mu)49名管理人員、24人瀝青班組、213人施(shi)工(gong)(gong)勞務作業隊伍(wu)全(quan)(quan)部(bu)在(zai)(zai)崗(gang)(gang),堅(jian)持奮斗在(zai)(zai)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)一線,為(wei)項(xiang)目(mu)“通(tong)車前最后一公里”保(bao)駕護(hu)航。國(guo)慶中秋“雙(shuang)節(jie)”期間,融河四(si)分(fen)部(bu)全(quan)(quan)體(ti)參建(jian)者主(zhu)動放棄節(jie)假日(ri)休(xiu)息時間,奮斗在(zai)(zai)項(xiang)目(mu)建(jian)設一線。
嚴格管理,保證施工安全質量
融河四分部(bu)全線20.3Km路(lu)面(mian)瀝青結(jie)構層為2.5cm厚(hou)RAC-10F橡(xiang)膠瀝青混(hun)凝土(tu)功能層+8cm厚(hou)AC-25C瀝青混(hun)凝土(tu)下(xia)面(mian)層+6cm厚(hou)AC-20C改性瀝青混(hun)凝土(tu)中(zhong)面(mian)層+4cm厚(hou)橡(xiang)膠瀝青混(hun)凝土(tu)上(shang)面(mian)層,各(ge)個(ge)施工(gong)步驟(zou)嚴格按照技術(shu)方案標(biao)準施工(gong)。
2019年12月30日,融河四分部在(zai)K85+700—K86+300右(you)幅進行瀝(li)(li)青(qing)下面層(ceng)試(shi)驗(yan)路攤鋪(pu),正式拉(la)開(kai)(kai)瀝(li)(li)青(qing)攤鋪(pu)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)序幕。施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)以(yi)來,項目堅持做到開(kai)(kai)展一次施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)作業(ye)、進行一次安全(quan)技(ji)術交底,嚴格(ge)把控瀝(li)(li)青(qing)原材料生產、運輸(shu),瀝(li)(li)青(qing)混凝土攤鋪(pu)、碾壓(ya)等(deng)各(ge)(ge)個環節,各(ge)(ge)崗(gang)位人員(yuan)各(ge)(ge)司其職、恪(ke)盡職責(ze),全(quan)力確保瀝(li)(li)青(qing)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)質量(liang)。在(zai)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)安排上,瀝(li)(li)青(qing)班組以(yi)隊為單位,輪(lun)流上崗(gang),做到“雨天修整機(ji)械、晴天趕工(gong)(gong)追(zhui)速”,在(zai)保證瀝(li)(li)青(qing)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)“五加二、白(bai)加黑”24小時(shi)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)的同時(shi),保證施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)作業(ye)人員(yuan)的休息(xi)時(shi)間,保障施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)作業(ye)人員(yuan)安全(quan)。
此(ci)外(wai),項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)全(quan)程跟(gen)進部(bu)(bu)署,克服雨季時(shi)間長降水(shui)多、原材料供應(ying)緊張、機械設備及人(ren)員(yuan)不足、工(gong)作面不連(lian)貫等諸(zhu)多困(kun)難,施工(gong)用(yong)時(shi)僅10個月,全(quan)部(bu)(bu)完成路面瀝青(qing)工(gong)程量,全(quan)力沖刺融(rong)河(he)高速(su)公路建成通車目(mu)(mu)標。融(rong)河(he)四分部(bu)(bu)瀝青(qing)班組連(lian)續作戰72小時(shi),全(quan)力攻堅項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)瀝青(qing)上面層攤鋪工(gong)程量。
施工(gong)至今,項目(mu)已(yi)進入最(zui)后(hou)的建成(cheng)通車(che)沖刺(ci)階段。為(wei)此,項目(mu)實時跟進剩(sheng)余(yu)工(gong)程(cheng)量,合(he)理部(bu)署剩(sheng)余(yu)施工(gong)節(jie)點目(mu)標。下(xia)一步(bu),項目(mu)將重點攻堅融河五分部(bu)瀝青施工(gong)工(gong)作(zuo),繼續保持時不我待(dai)的工(gong)作(zuo)責(ze)任(ren)感,積極(ji)發(fa)揚“特別能吃(chi)苦、特別能戰斗、特別能奉獻”路建鐵(tie)軍(jun)精神,全力攻堅剩(sheng)余(yu)工(gong)程(cheng)量,以(yi)完工(gong)通車(che)驗收為(wei)工(gong)作(zuo)第一要務,吹好最(zui)后(hou)一口哨(shao)、站好最(zui)后(hou)一班(ban)崗,全力保障11月28日融河高速公路順利建成(cheng)通車(che)。力爭(zheng)融河路上再創路建輝煌,鋪(pu)就沿線群眾幸福小康道(dao)路。
