10月11日,集團公司融(rong)河四(si)分部主線瀝青上面層(ceng)攤鋪完(wan)成(cheng),標志著融(rong)河四(si)分部20.3Km主線瀝青路(lu)面工程全部完(wan)成(cheng),項(xiang)目主體工程任(ren)務基本(ben)完(wan)成(cheng),成(cheng)為(wei)融(rong)河高速公路(lu)首個(ge)完(wan)成(cheng)主線瀝青施工的標桿項(xiang)目,離11月28日通車目標再邁出關(guan)鍵一步。

融河四分部率先完成主線瀝青上面層攤鋪施工
奮斗一線,保證施工建設有序
融水至(zhi)河(he)池(chi)高速(su)(su)(su)公(gong)路(lu)(lu)是廣西交通(tong)網“橫2線(xian)”賀州(zhou)(靈(ling)峰)至(zhi)隆(long)林(板(ban)壩)公(gong)路(lu)(lu)支線(xian)——桂林至(zhi)河(he)池(chi)高速(su)(su)(su)公(gong)路(lu)(lu)的重要組(zu)成路(lu)(lu)段,全(quan)線(xian)挺進柳州(zhou)、河(he)池(chi)多個貧(pin)困山區(qu)(qu)(qu),是廣西深度貧(pin)困縣羅城(cheng)仫(mu)佬族自治縣有史以(yi)來的第一條高速(su)(su)(su)公(gong)路(lu)(lu)。融河(he)高速(su)(su)(su)公(gong)路(lu)(lu)建成通(tong)車(che)后(hou)(hou),貧(pin)困戶所(suo)種植的核桃(tao)、糖料蔗、花卉苗(miao)圃及蠶絲等特色高經濟效益農作物可通(tong)過“高速(su)(su)(su)直通(tong)道”快速(su)(su)(su)銷售至(zhi)柳州(zhou)、桂林、南寧(ning)等相對(dui)發達地(di)區(qu)(qu)(qu),使(shi)沿線(xian)貧(pin)困地(di)區(qu)(qu)(qu)享受(shou)到高速(su)(su)(su)路(lu)(lu)通(tong)車(che)后(hou)(hou)實實在在的經濟福利。
融河高速公路沿線民房分(fen)散,許多群眾身(shen)居大山深處,山路崎嶇(qu),往往需要(yao)數小(xiao)時才能到達臨(lin)近的村屯,極少有機會(hui)能走(zou)出大山。
集團(tuan)公司融河四(si)分(fen)部全體(ti)參建(jian)者舍(she)棄過很多次休假(jia)的機(ji)會,埋頭苦干、克難攻堅(jian)。2020年新冠肺炎(yan)疫情(qing),延誤了項目(mu)員(yuan)工(gong)返崗(gang)復(fu)工(gong)時間,但熄(xi)滅(mie)不了項目(mu)員(yuan)工(gong)復(fu)崗(gang)復(fu)業的工(gong)作激情(qing)。自復(fu)工(gong)復(fu)產以來,半幅(fu)架(jia)通、全幅(fu)架(jia)通,遷民房(fang)、拆高(gao)壓(ya)鐵(tie)塔,水穩施(shi)工(gong)、瀝青(qing)攤鋪,項目(mu)各節點工(gong)程有條不紊的展(zhan)開推進,工(gong)程進度步步領先。國(guo)慶中(zhong)秋“雙節”期(qi)間,項目(mu)49名管理人(ren)員(yuan)、24人(ren)瀝青(qing)班組、213人(ren)施(shi)工(gong)勞務作業隊伍全部在崗(gang),堅(jian)持奮斗在施(shi)工(gong)一線,為(wei)項目(mu)“通車前最后一公里”保駕護航。國(guo)慶中(zhong)秋“雙節”期(qi)間,融河四(si)分(fen)部全體(ti)參建(jian)者主動放棄節假(jia)日(ri)休息時間,奮斗在項目(mu)建(jian)設一線。
嚴格管理,保證施工安全質量
融河(he)四分(fen)部全線20.3Km路面瀝青(qing)結構層(ceng)為(wei)2.5cm厚(hou)(hou)RAC-10F橡膠瀝青(qing)混(hun)(hun)凝土功能層(ceng)+8cm厚(hou)(hou)AC-25C瀝青(qing)混(hun)(hun)凝土下面層(ceng)+6cm厚(hou)(hou)AC-20C改性(xing)瀝青(qing)混(hun)(hun)凝土中面層(ceng)+4cm厚(hou)(hou)橡膠瀝青(qing)混(hun)(hun)凝土上面層(ceng),各個(ge)施工步驟嚴格(ge)按照(zhao)技(ji)術方案標準(zhun)施工。
2019年12月30日(ri),融(rong)河四(si)分部在(zai)K85+700—K86+300右幅進行(xing)瀝(li)(li)(li)青(qing)下面層試(shi)驗路攤(tan)(tan)鋪(pu),正式拉開瀝(li)(li)(li)青(qing)攤(tan)(tan)鋪(pu)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序幕。施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)以來,項目堅(jian)持(chi)做到開展一(yi)次施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作業、進行(xing)一(yi)次安(an)全技術交底(di),嚴格把控(kong)瀝(li)(li)(li)青(qing)原材料生產、運輸,瀝(li)(li)(li)青(qing)混凝土攤(tan)(tan)鋪(pu)、碾(nian)壓(ya)等各(ge)個(ge)環節(jie),各(ge)崗位人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)各(ge)司(si)其(qi)職(zhi)(zhi)、恪盡職(zhi)(zhi)責,全力確保瀝(li)(li)(li)青(qing)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)質量。在(zai)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)安(an)排上(shang),瀝(li)(li)(li)青(qing)班(ban)組以隊為單位,輪流上(shang)崗,做到“雨天修(xiu)整機械、晴天趕工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)追速”,在(zai)保證(zheng)瀝(li)(li)(li)青(qing)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)“五(wu)加二、白(bai)加黑”24小時(shi)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)同時(shi),保證(zheng)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作業人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)的(de)休息(xi)時(shi)間,保障施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作業人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)安(an)全。
此外(wai),項目全程(cheng)跟進(jin)部署,克(ke)服雨季(ji)時間長降水多、原(yuan)材料供應緊(jin)張、機械設備及人員不(bu)(bu)足、工作(zuo)(zuo)面不(bu)(bu)連貫(guan)等諸多困難(nan),施工用時僅10個月,全部完成路(lu)面瀝青工程(cheng)量,全力沖刺(ci)融(rong)河高速公路(lu)建成通車目標。融(rong)河四(si)分部瀝青班組連續作(zuo)(zuo)戰72小時,全力攻堅項目瀝青上面層攤鋪工程(cheng)量。
施工(gong)(gong)至(zhi)今,項目已(yi)進入最(zui)后(hou)的(de)建(jian)成通車沖刺階段。為(wei)此,項目實時跟進剩(sheng)余(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)程量,合理部(bu)署剩(sheng)余(yu)(yu)施工(gong)(gong)節點目標。下一(yi)(yi)步,項目將(jiang)重點攻堅融(rong)(rong)河(he)五分部(bu)瀝青施工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)作,繼續(xu)保(bao)持時不我待的(de)工(gong)(gong)作責任感(gan),積極發揚“特別(bie)(bie)能吃苦、特別(bie)(bie)能戰斗(dou)、特別(bie)(bie)能奉獻”路建(jian)鐵軍精神,全(quan)力攻堅剩(sheng)余(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)程量,以(yi)完工(gong)(gong)通車驗(yan)收為(wei)工(gong)(gong)作第一(yi)(yi)要務,吹(chui)好(hao)最(zui)后(hou)一(yi)(yi)口哨、站好(hao)最(zui)后(hou)一(yi)(yi)班崗,全(quan)力保(bao)障11月28日融(rong)(rong)河(he)高速公路順利建(jian)成通車。力爭融河路(lu)上再創路(lu)建輝(hui)煌(huang),鋪就(jiu)沿線(xian)群眾(zhong)幸福小康道路(lu)。
