集(ji)團公(gong)司董事、總會計師張永群匯報上(shang)(shang)(shang)半年財(cai)務(wu)管(guan)理及信息化(hua)建設(she)情況。上(shang)(shang)(shang)半年,集(ji)團公(gong)司整(zheng)體財(cai)務(wu)狀況良(liang)好(hao),現(xian)金(jin)(jin)流穩定,營業收(shou)入和利潤(run)總額均實(shi)現(xian)“時(shi)間(jian)過(guo)(guo)半,任務(wu)過(guo)(guo)半”目標;已(yi)上(shang)(shang)(shang)線的信息系(xi)統總體應用情況良(liang)好(hao)。就如何做(zuo)好(hao)下半年的工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,張永群指出,要高(gao)度(du)重視資(zi)金(jin)(jin)上(shang)(shang)(shang)繳工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,力降(jiang)資(zi)產負債率(lv),加強基礎工(gong)(gong)(gong)作管(guan)理,加強投資(zi)項目的風險管(guan)控,健(jian)全規章制度(du)并(bing)加大(da)制度(du)執(zhi)行力度(du),同時(shi)要充分認識信息化(hua)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作的重要性和必(bi)要性,加強部門之間(jian)的溝(gou)通(tong)協調,把工(gong)(gong)(gong)作落到實(shi)處。
