3月9日,集團公司副總經理陸宏新帶領集團公司信息化實施工作小組到一公司、二公司召開信息化工作推進會,一公司、二公司和航務處有關人員參加會議。
會上,集團公司信息化實施小組詳細介紹了集團公司信息化工作推進情況,系統講述集團公司信息化發展歷程、發展現狀以及信息化五年發展規劃,并從企業自身發展需要出發,指出集團公司全面推進信息化工作的重要性和必要性。同時,針對集團公司今年將重點推進的PM系統、財稅系統、物料系統三大系統上線計劃,信息化實施小組以深入淺出的方式,結合工程項目經營管理各項業務工作,向與會人員具體講解推進三大系統上線對規范業務流程、提高業務管理水平的重要實踐意義。
陸宏新進一步指出,全面鋪開信息化建設作為集團公司2020年八大重點工作之一,已被寫入2020年工作報告。這是企業資質提升的需要,也是企業發展壯大的需要。當前,集團公司的人員增長率約為10%,產值和營收的目標增長率均超過40%,產值以及營收的目標增長率遠大于職工增長率,這對集團公司以人工操作為主的管理模式提出了新的挑戰。為此,要加速推進信息化工作,借助信息化資源和手段,實現個人效率最大化、工程管理最優化。
