11月14日,集團公(gong)司承建(jian)的融水至河(he)(he)池高速(su)公(gong)路四分(fen)(fen)部(bu)(以下簡稱“融河(he)(he)四分(fen)(fen)部(bu)”)順利完(wan)成祥貝連接線瀝(li)青(qing)上面層攤鋪作業,標志著(zhu)融水至河(he)(he)池高速(su)公(gong)路(路建(jian)段)瀝(li)青(qing)路面施工任務(wu)全(quan)(quan)部(bu)完(wan)成,成為全(quan)(quan)線首個完(wan)成全(quan)(quan)部(bu)施工任務(wu)的分(fen)(fen)部(bu)。

融(rong)(rong)河四分(fen)(fen)部(bu)主(zhu)線(xian)全長20.3Km,祥貝連(lian)接線(xian)全長9.705Km,橫跨“2縣(區)7村31自然屯”,涉及拆(chai)(chai)遷(qian)房屋41座(zuo),需遷(qian)移(yi)10KV桿線(xian)31處(chu)、墳墓415座(zuo),直接影響(xiang)沿線(xian)群眾(zhong)2萬多(duo)人(ren)生(sheng)產(chan)生(sheng)活(huo),征(zheng)(zheng)拆(chai)(chai)任務十分(fen)(fen)艱巨,施(shi)工生(sheng)產(chan)進(jin)度一度落后(hou)于融(rong)(rong)河高(gao)速其它項目。為(wei)(wei)有效(xiao)加快施(shi)工進(jin)度,項目以(yi)“領導班子抓全局(ju)統(tong)籌(chou)、現場管(guan)理抓具體協(xie)調(diao)”為(wei)(wei)思路,在(zai)拆(chai)(chai)遷(qian)戶的房前屋后(hou)設辦公點、以(yi)高(gao)速用地的田間地頭作“戰場”,人(ren)人(ren)扮演“協(xie)調(diao)員”的角色,堅持“尺子量到(dao)底,標準執行到(dao)底”原則,快速推(tui)進(jin)征(zheng)(zheng)拆(chai)(chai)協(xie)調(diao)工作。2019年11月(yue)15日完成所有10KV桿線(xian)遷(qian)移(yi);11月(yue)22日祥貝連(lian)接線(xian)全部(bu)交(jiao)地;11月(yue)29日影響(xiang)主(zhu)線(xian)施(shi)工的房屋全部(bu)拆(chai)(chai)除(chu);2019年12月(yue)底,項目沿線(xian)施(shi)工用地基本(ben)征(zheng)(zheng)拆(chai)(chai)完畢,為(wei)(wei)項目創造了(le)極為(wei)(wei)有利(li)的施(shi)工生(sheng)產(chan)條件。
