10月11日,集團公司融河四分(fen)部(bu)(bu)主(zhu)線瀝青(qing)上面層攤鋪完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),標志(zhi)著融河四分(fen)部(bu)(bu)20.3Km主(zhu)線瀝青(qing)路(lu)面工(gong)程全部(bu)(bu)完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),項目主(zhu)體工(gong)程任務基本完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)為融河高速(su)公路(lu)首個完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)主(zhu)線瀝青(qing)施工(gong)的標桿項目,離11月28日通車目標再邁出(chu)關(guan)鍵一步。

奮斗一線,保證施工建設有序
融水至(zhi)河(he)(he)池(chi)(chi)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)速(su)公(gong)路(lu)是廣(guang)西(xi)交通(tong)網“橫2線(xian)”賀(he)州(zhou)(靈峰)至(zhi)隆林(板壩)公(gong)路(lu)支線(xian)——桂林至(zhi)河(he)(he)池(chi)(chi)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)速(su)公(gong)路(lu)的重要組成(cheng)路(lu)段,全線(xian)挺進柳(liu)(liu)州(zhou)、河(he)(he)池(chi)(chi)多個(ge)貧(pin)(pin)困(kun)(kun)山區,是廣(guang)西(xi)深度貧(pin)(pin)困(kun)(kun)縣(xian)羅城仫佬族(zu)自(zi)治縣(xian)有史以來的第一條高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)速(su)公(gong)路(lu)。融河(he)(he)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)速(su)公(gong)路(lu)建成(cheng)通(tong)車(che)后,貧(pin)(pin)困(kun)(kun)戶所種植的核桃、糖(tang)料蔗、花卉苗圃及蠶絲等(deng)特(te)色高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)經濟(ji)效益農作物可通(tong)過“高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)速(su)直通(tong)道”快速(su)銷(xiao)售至(zhi)柳(liu)(liu)州(zhou)、桂林、南寧等(deng)相對(dui)發(fa)達地(di)區,使沿(yan)線(xian)貧(pin)(pin)困(kun)(kun)地(di)區享受到高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)速(su)路(lu)通(tong)車(che)后實(shi)(shi)實(shi)(shi)在(zai)在(zai)的經濟(ji)福利。
融河(he)高速公(gong)路(lu)沿線(xian)民房分散,許多群(qun)眾身(shen)居大山(shan)深處,山(shan)路(lu)崎嶇,往往需(xu)要數小時(shi)才能(neng)到達臨近的村屯,極少有機會能(neng)走出(chu)大山(shan)。
集(ji)團公司融河四分(fen)部全體(ti)參建(jian)(jian)者舍棄過(guo)很多(duo)次休(xiu)假(jia)的機會,埋(mai)頭苦干、克(ke)難攻堅。2020年新(xin)冠(guan)肺炎(yan)疫(yi)情(qing)(qing),延誤了項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)返崗(gang)復(fu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)時間(jian)(jian),但熄滅(mie)不(bu)了項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)復(fu)崗(gang)復(fu)業的工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)激情(qing)(qing)。自復(fu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)復(fu)產以來,半幅架通(tong)、全幅架通(tong),遷民(min)房、拆(chai)高壓鐵塔,水(shui)穩施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)、瀝青攤鋪,項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)各(ge)節(jie)點(dian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程有條不(bu)紊(wen)的展開推(tui)進,工(gong)(gong)(gong)程進度步步領先。國慶(qing)中(zhong)秋(qiu)“雙(shuang)節(jie)”期間(jian)(jian),項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)49名(ming)管理人員(yuan)、24人瀝青班組、213人施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)勞務(wu)作(zuo)業隊伍全部在(zai)(zai)崗(gang),堅持奮(fen)斗在(zai)(zai)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)一(yi)線,為項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)“通(tong)車前最后(hou)一(yi)公里(li)”保(bao)駕護航(hang)。國慶(qing)中(zhong)秋(qiu)“雙(shuang)節(jie)”期間(jian)(jian),融河四分(fen)部全體(ti)參建(jian)(jian)者主動放棄節(jie)假(jia)日休(xiu)息時間(jian)(jian),奮(fen)斗在(zai)(zai)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)建(jian)(jian)設(she)一(yi)線。
嚴格管理,保證施工安全質量
融河四分部全(quan)線(xian)20.3Km路面(mian)瀝青(qing)(qing)結(jie)構層(ceng)為2.5cm厚(hou)RAC-10F橡膠(jiao)瀝青(qing)(qing)混(hun)凝(ning)土功能(neng)層(ceng)+8cm厚(hou)AC-25C瀝青(qing)(qing)混(hun)凝(ning)土下面(mian)層(ceng)+6cm厚(hou)AC-20C改性瀝青(qing)(qing)混(hun)凝(ning)土中面(mian)層(ceng)+4cm厚(hou)橡膠(jiao)瀝青(qing)(qing)混(hun)凝(ning)土上面(mian)層(ceng),各個施工步驟嚴格按照技術(shu)方案標準施工。
2019年12月30日,融河四分部(bu)在(zai)K85+700—K86+300右(you)幅進行(xing)瀝(li)青(qing)(qing)下(xia)面層試驗路攤(tan)鋪(pu),正式拉開(kai)(kai)瀝(li)青(qing)(qing)攤(tan)鋪(pu)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)序幕。施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)以來(lai),項目堅持做到(dao)開(kai)(kai)展一次施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)、進行(xing)一次安(an)全技術交底(di),嚴格把控瀝(li)青(qing)(qing)原材料生產、運輸,瀝(li)青(qing)(qing)混凝土攤(tan)鋪(pu)、碾壓等各(ge)個環節,各(ge)崗位人(ren)員(yuan)各(ge)司其職(zhi)、恪盡職(zhi)責(ze),全力確保瀝(li)青(qing)(qing)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)質量。在(zai)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)安(an)排上,瀝(li)青(qing)(qing)班組以隊為單(dan)位,輪流(liu)上崗,做到(dao)“雨天(tian)修整機械、晴天(tian)趕工(gong)(gong)(gong)追速”,在(zai)保證(zheng)瀝(li)青(qing)(qing)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)“五加二、白加黑”24小時(shi)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)同時(shi),保證(zheng)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)人(ren)員(yuan)的(de)休(xiu)息時(shi)間,保障(zhang)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)人(ren)員(yuan)安(an)全。
此外,項目全(quan)程跟進部(bu)(bu)署,克服雨季時(shi)間長(chang)降水多(duo)、原材料供(gong)應(ying)緊張、機械設備及人員不足、工(gong)(gong)作面(mian)不連貫等諸多(duo)困難,施工(gong)(gong)用(yong)時(shi)僅10個月,全(quan)部(bu)(bu)完成路(lu)面(mian)瀝青(qing)工(gong)(gong)程量,全(quan)力沖(chong)刺(ci)融河(he)高速公路(lu)建成通車目標。融河(he)四分(fen)部(bu)(bu)瀝青(qing)班組連續作戰72小(xiao)時(shi),全(quan)力攻堅項目瀝青(qing)上面(mian)層攤鋪工(gong)(gong)程量。
施(shi)工(gong)(gong)至今,項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)已進(jin)入最(zui)后的(de)建(jian)(jian)成通(tong)(tong)(tong)車沖刺階段。為(wei)此,項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)實時(shi)跟進(jin)剩(sheng)余(yu)工(gong)(gong)程量,合理部署剩(sheng)余(yu)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)節(jie)點(dian)目(mu)(mu)標。下一步,項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)將重點(dian)攻堅融(rong)(rong)河(he)五分(fen)部瀝青施(shi)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)作,繼續(xu)保(bao)持時(shi)不我待的(de)工(gong)(gong)作責任感,積極(ji)發揚“特(te)別能(neng)吃苦、特(te)別能(neng)戰(zhan)斗、特(te)別能(neng)奉獻”路建(jian)(jian)鐵軍精(jing)神(shen),全(quan)(quan)力(li)攻堅剩(sheng)余(yu)工(gong)(gong)程量,以完工(gong)(gong)通(tong)(tong)(tong)車驗收為(wei)工(gong)(gong)作第(di)一要務,吹好最(zui)后一口(kou)哨、站好最(zui)后一班崗,全(quan)(quan)力(li)保(bao)障11月28日融(rong)(rong)河(he)高(gao)速公路順利建(jian)(jian)成通(tong)(tong)(tong)車。力爭融河路(lu)(lu)上再(zai)創路(lu)(lu)建輝煌(huang),鋪就沿(yan)線(xian)群眾幸福小康(kang)道路(lu)(lu)。
