柳州地(di)處我國南部(bu),屬亞熱(re)帶季(ji)風氣候區,雨(yu)季(ji)一般始(shi)于4月下旬,終于9月上(shang)旬,年(nian)總降(jiang)雨(yu)量約1345~1940毫米(mi),是(shi)全國降(jiang)水(shui)量最豐富的(de)地(di)區之一。雨(yu)季(ji)施(shi)(shi)工是(shi)項(xiang)目(mu)必須經歷的(de)施(shi)(shi)工階段,施(shi)(shi)工安(an)全、排(pai)水(shui)系統、便道、混凝(ning)土穩定(ding)性等(deng)問題(ti)都需要全面統籌(chou)考慮。針對雨(yu)季(ji)施(shi)(shi)工所面臨的(de)問題(ti),項(xiang)目(mu)結合實際情況采取一系列有(you)效的(de)管(guan)理措施(shi)(shi),確保順利完成(cheng)年(nian)度施(shi)(shi)工任務。
項目根據《關于做好2020年清明節、“五一”勞動節期間安全生產工作的通知》(路建二司發〔2020〕46號)文件要求,由安全部牽頭,各工區積極配合,在清明節前后深入施工現場、工區駐地、勞務隊駐地開展安全隱患排查工作。
在外業方面,項目重點排查電箱責任名牌、電纜線鋪設、大型機械設備用電等情況,輸電線路嚴格實行“三相五線”制和三級配電二級保護的要求,用電設備落實“一機一閘一漏一箱”制,為機電設備設置防雨棚,確保用電安全。項目邊坡地質類型多為炭質泥巖,穩定性較差,易造成邊坡失穩、塌方。項目采取對存在塌方隱患的邊坡設置臨時攔水梗,坡頂設置截水溝,在上邊坡采取拱形骨架鋪筑等防止邊坡受到沖刷的措施,同時加強地質不良地段的沉陷觀測,做好相關防護措施,防止雨水浸泡基坑。項目還詳細排查工區、勞務隊駐地,對危險建筑以及重點建筑進行加固,處于危險地段的建筑予以搬遷。
在內業(ye)(ye)方面,項(xiang)目(mu)有針對性地開展安全(quan)生產(chan)宣傳教育活動,明確強調雨季安全(quan)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)注(zhu)意事項(xiang),和勞務工(gong)人(ren)簽訂(ding)安全(quan)風(feng)險告知書,確保現場(chang)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)人(ren)員掌(zhang)握安全(quan)生產(chan)要(yao)點,進一步提(ti)高(gao)作業(ye)(ye)人(ren)員的自我安全(quan)防范(fan)意識和能力。
雨季期間,便道就是確保順利施工的重要通道。項目將便道和排水系統結合施工總平面圖統一布置,充分利用隧道洞渣修繕主線便道,確保雨季施工主線便道暢通,為雨季期間運輸材料、搶抓結構物提供保障。
在雨(yu)(yu)(yu)季來臨前,項目組(zu)織人員對施(shi)工現場進行全面勘測,并根據實(shi)際情況制定排(pai)(pai)(pai)(pai)水(shui)(shui)方(fang)案(an),設專人負責排(pai)(pai)(pai)(pai)水(shui)(shui)工作,確保雨(yu)(yu)(yu)水(shui)(shui)能快速排(pai)(pai)(pai)(pai)出(chu),減少降雨(yu)(yu)(yu)對施(shi)工帶來的(de)不利影響。項目部分路(lu)段處(chu)于低(di)洼(wa)地帶,周邊(bian)農田(tian)密(mi)布、水(shui)(shui)系(xi)發達,既要確保順(shun)利施(shi)工,也(ye)要防止農田(tian)被雨(yu)(yu)(yu)水(shui)(shui)淹(yan)沒,對汛期(qi)排(pai)(pai)(pai)(pai)水(shui)(shui)泄洪的(de)要求(qiu)較高(gao)。為解決這(zhe)一難(nan)題,項目進一步完善排(pai)(pai)(pai)(pai)水(shui)(shui)系(xi)統,修筑急流槽將水(shui)(shui)排(pai)(pai)(pai)(pai)出(chu)路(lu)基,加強排(pai)(pai)(pai)(pai)水(shui)(shui)溝、邊(bian)溝修筑施(shi)工,使排(pai)(pai)(pai)(pai)水(shui)(shui)溝與邊(bian)溝接通(tong)周邊(bian)水(shui)(shui)系(xi),確保施(shi)工場地的(de)排(pai)(pai)(pai)(pai)水(shui)(shui)渠道暢通(tong),同時(shi)也(ye)幫助村(cun)民改善農田(tian)水(shui)(shui)利灌(guan)溉條件。
統籌工程進度(du) 落實施工舉措
凡(fan)事預則立。項目(mu)在(zai)(zai)做(zuo)(zuo)好(hao)(hao)調(diao)研工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)基(ji)礎上,合(he)理制(zhi)定施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)計劃(hua),并細化分解,將責(ze)(ze)任落(luo)實(shi)(shi)到個人,明確(que)分工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),提高施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)效率。為(wei)確(que)保(bao)雨(yu)季施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)進度不(bu)落(luo)后,工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程質量(liang)不(bu)降低(di),項目(mu)提前(qian)做(zuo)(zuo)好(hao)(hao)綜合(he)防(fang)護(hu)(hu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),減少施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)受雨(yu)季影響的(de)損失(shi):一是(shi)(shi)集中人力物力,加(jia)快邊(bian)(bian)坡防(fang)護(hu)(hu)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),降低(di)邊(bian)(bian)坡塌方風險(xian);二是(shi)(shi)雨(yu)季期(qi)間(jian)搶抓結構(gou)物施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),見縫插針,抓住晴好(hao)(hao)天氣進行路基(ji)填(tian)筑,保(bao)證開挖、填(tian)筑以及壓(ya)實(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)同步,對于不(bu)同壓(ya)實(shi)(shi)層面(mian)需保(bao)持良好(hao)(hao)的(de)橫向坡度,防(fang)止(zhi)路基(ji)積水(shui)(shui),確(que)保(bao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程質量(liang);三是(shi)(shi)劃(hua)分防(fang)雨(yu)責(ze)(ze)任區(qu),做(zuo)(zuo)到雨(yu)后能施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),現(xian)場(chang)無積水(shui)(shui),在(zai)(zai)遇上大(da)雨(yu)天氣能夠(gou)調(diao)派(pai)足夠(gou)勞(lao)動力至相應防(fang)汛(xun)地點(dian)組織防(fang)汛(xun),及時(shi)解決(jue)問題;四是(shi)(shi)材(cai)料(liao)堆(dui)放區(qu)落(luo)實(shi)(shi)排水(shui)(shui)、防(fang)雨(yu)措施(shi),確(que)保(bao)易受潮的(de)材(cai)料(liao)、成(cheng)品免于淋濕浸泡(pao);五是(shi)(shi)做(zuo)(zuo)好(hao)(hao)突發(fa)情況的(de)應急(ji)準備(bei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),儲備(bei)雨(yu)具、臨時(shi)防(fang)雨(yu)棚、大(da)功率抽水(shui)(shui)機械等防(fang)排水(shui)(shui)物資。
截(jie)至目前,項(xiang)目已對便(bian)道、排水系統(tong)進行全(quan)面排查,各項(xiang)應對雨季施(shi)(shi)工的工作正(zheng)在(zai)有條(tiao)不紊(wen)地(di)進行,確保(bao)雨季施(shi)(shi)工進度(du)不耽誤(wu)、工程質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)不降(jiang)低(di)。下一(yi)步,項(xiang)目將(jiang)及時(shi)了解(jie)當(dang)地(di)氣(qi)象情況(kuang),倒排施(shi)(shi)工計(ji)劃,提前做好防范措施(shi)(shi),對重(zhong)點施(shi)(shi)工環節以及可能引(yin)發施(shi)(shi)工質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)問(wen)題的事項(xiang)進行科學處(chu)理(li),將(jiang)降(jiang)雨對工程的影響降(jiang)到最低(di)。

項目對取土場便道進行平整加寬
