7月17日,一公司鐘昭(zhao)四分(fen)部(bu)召開保通車(che)動員會暨(ji)剩余工(gong)程工(gong)作布置會。集團公司總工(gong)程師(shi)張坤(kun)球(qiu),一公司總經理龍斌(bin)、總工(gong)程師(shi)黃云(yun),鐘昭(zhao)四分(fen)部(bu)項目全(quan)體(ti)管理人員參(can)加會議(yi)。會議(yi)由項目常務副(fu)經理秦猛(meng)主持。
會上,秦猛就項目整體推進情況、剩余工作面等情況作工作匯報。
龍斌強調,項目已進入決戰階段,短短60天時間,項目要認真摸排剩余工作量,倒排施工計劃,充分發揮路建鐵軍精神,克難攻堅。針對下一階段工作龍斌提出五點工作要求,項目一是要從思想上高度重視,充分發揮主人翁精神,團結協作;二是要充分做好生產工作,及時做好安全技術交底,嚴格執行安全生產制度,堅決守住安全生產“紅線”“底線”;三是搶工期階段一定要注重質量管理,確保滿足規范要求;四是項目全體人員要團結協作,加強對內對外的溝通,及時發現并解決問題;五是要嚴格按照施工倒排計劃執行,確保按時按量完成每日工作計劃。
張(zhang)坤球指出(chu),一是(shi)時間緊(jin)(jin)(jin)任務(wu)(wu)重(zhong),項(xiang)目全體人(ren)員(yuan)要(yao)(yao)充分(fen)(fen)認識到施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)緊(jin)(jin)(jin)迫性,團結協(xie)作(zuo)(zuo),攻堅克難(nan);二是(shi)項(xiang)目要(yao)(yao)嚴格根據施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)倒排計(ji)劃,各分(fen)(fen)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)負(fu)責人(ren)要(yao)(yao)以高度的嚴謹性和(he)緊(jin)(jin)(jin)迫感(gan)確保分(fen)(fen)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)任務(wu)(wu)按時按質完成,以免(mian)出(chu)現(xian)卡殼現(xian)象(xiang);三是(shi)項(xiang)目管理工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)分(fen)(fen)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)不分(fen)(fen)家(jia),全體員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)要(yao)(yao)加強(qiang)溝通交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu),主動高效地開展工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo);四是(shi)要(yao)(yao)做(zuo)好(hao)勞(lao)務(wu)(wu)人(ren)員(yuan)保障(zhang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),采取非常規措(cuo)施,確保勞(lao)務(wu)(wu)隊穩定;五是(shi)要(yao)(yao)做(zuo)好(hao)同時也要(yao)(yao)做(zuo)好(hao)交(jiao)(jiao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)驗收工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),細化(hua)分(fen)(fen)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),做(zuo)好(hao)交(jiao)(jiao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資料分(fen)(fen)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)安排。
