在回訪和(he)(he)督查(cha)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中,督查(cha)小組主(zhu)要采取參觀新(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)、生活環境,查(cha)看導(dao)(dao)師帶徒活動(dong)記(ji)錄(lu)、個別談心和(he)(he)組織座談會等(deng)方(fang)式進行。通過(guo)回訪和(he)(he)督查(cha)發現(xian),經過(guo)入職培(pei)訓和(he)(he)項(xiang)目的關懷,各(ge)位新(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)很快適應了項(xiang)目的工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)和(he)(he)生活環境,通過(guo)導(dao)(dao)師一對一的指(zhi)導(dao)(dao),新(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)在工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)能力上從(cong)無從(cong)下手到慢慢承擔起崗(gang)位重(zhong)任(ren)的轉變,思想(xiang)上比較樂(le)觀、積極。導(dao)(dao)師們基本上按照各(ge)崗(gang)位教學(xue)計(ji)劃開展指(zhi)導(dao)(dao)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),部分項(xiang)目還根據(ju)項(xiang)目實際創新(xin)人才培(pei)養方(fang)式,取得一定(ding)效(xiao)果。
