9月(yue)13日,柳(liu)南(nan)改擴建5標召開項目旱季(ji)施工動員大會,集團公司董事長趙亞飛、副總經理陸宏新出席指導。
動員會(hui)上,趙亞飛董(dong)事長指出,柳南高速公路是廣西連(lian)接(jie)南北的交通(tong)大(da)動脈,本項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)屬于改(gai)擴(kuo)(kuo)(kuo)建項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu),社會(hui)關(guan)注度高。通(tong)過(guo)(guo)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)全(quan)(quan)(quan)體員工(gong)(gong)的努力,項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)優(you)先抓結構物施(shi)工(gong)(gong)進度取得很(hen)好(hao)的效(xiao)果(guo)(guo),為(wei)旱(han)(han)季(ji)大(da)干埋下很(hen)好(hao)的伏筆(bi)。趙亞飛董(dong)事長對(dui)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)的旱(han)(han)季(ji)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)計(ji)(ji)(ji)劃(hua)分解工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)表示充分肯定,并對(dui)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)的旱(han)(han)季(ji)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)提出了指導意見(jian)。一(yi)是認真(zhen)做好(hao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)計(ji)(ji)(ji)劃(hua),將月計(ji)(ji)(ji)劃(hua)再細化(hua)到周計(ji)(ji)(ji)劃(hua),以周計(ji)(ji)(ji)劃(hua)促(cu)進月計(ji)(ji)(ji)劃(hua),根據周計(ji)(ji)(ji)劃(hua)的完成情況(kuang)及時調整(zheng)月計(ji)(ji)(ji)劃(hua);二是認真(zhen)做好(hao)資源配置,達(da)到物盡其能(neng)的效(xiao)果(guo)(guo);三(san)是以點帶面,盡快形成連(lian)續工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)面,為(wei)后續工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)創造有利條件,形成順暢的“流水作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)業”;四(si)是緊抓質(zhi)量不放松,通(tong)過(guo)(guo)開(kai)展(zhan)QC、工(gong)(gong)法活動,避免發生(sheng)在改(gai)擴(kuo)(kuo)(kuo)建項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)容易出現的質(zhi)量通(tong)病;五是管好(hao)安全(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)產工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),針對(dui)改(gai)擴(kuo)(kuo)(kuo)建項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)的特點,使安全(quan)(quan)(quan)管理規(gui)范(fan)化(hua);六是做好(hao)人才培養工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),認真(zhen)開(kai)展(zhan)導師帶徒(tu)活動,從生(sheng)活上、工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中關(guan)心關(guan)愛(ai)和幫(bang)助新員工(gong)(gong),使他(ta)們早日成才。
陸宏新(xin)副總(zong)經理(li)(li)(li)在(zai)動(dong)員會(hui)上(shang)通報了集(ji)團公(gong)司目(mu)前(qian)的產值目(mu)標完成(cheng)情況。他指出,項目(mu)已具備大干條件(jian),在(zai)旱季中,項目(mu)一是(shi)(shi)要統一思想、統一目(mu)標、高度重(zhong)視、全(quan)力以赴地朝著既(ji)定目(mu)標努力;二是(shi)(shi)從組(zu)織保(bao)障、資源(yuan)保(bao)障、資金保(bao)障等方面入手,細(xi)化分解施工(gong)計劃,合理(li)(li)(li)調配(pei)機(ji)械設備、材料儲(chu)備,加快(kuai)計量回收;三是(shi)(shi)以集(ji)團公(gong)司質(zhi)量月活(huo)動(dong)、旱季施工(gong)期間安(an)全(quan)生產隱患排查治理(li)(li)(li)活(huo)動(dong)為契機(ji),做好工(gong)程質(zhi)量和安(an)全(quan)管理(li)(li)(li)工(gong)作(zuo),在(zai)搶進度的同時(shi)爭創亮點。
動(dong)(dong)員會上,趙亞(ya)飛董事長、陸宏新副總經理等分別為(wei)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)青(qing)年(nian)突擊(ji)隊路基(ji)一隊、路基(ji)二隊、橋(qiao)梁隊授旗,各突擊(ji)隊在(zai)會上進行了(le)(le)熱血沸騰、信心(xin)(xin)十足(zu)的宣(xuan)誓,項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)經理許力代表全體員工(gong)向大會表決心(xin)(xin),表示將帶領項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)全體員工(gong)以飽滿(man)的工(gong)作熱情(qing)、積極的工(gong)作態度全身心(xin)(xin)投(tou)入到旱季施工(gong)中,力爭超額(e)完(wan)成集團公司下達的年(nian)度施工(gong)任(ren)務。與會全體人員在(zai)會議橫幅上簽名(ming)表決心(xin)(xin),誓將壓力化為(wei)動(dong)(dong)力,迅速掀起旱季施工(gong)高(gao)潮(chao),打一場漂亮(liang)的旱季施工(gong)攻堅戰。動(dong)(dong)員會還(huan)向全體員工(gong)宣(xuan)讀了(le)(le)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)的每月之星獎勵辦法及旱季施工(gong)勞動(dong)(dong)競賽(sai)活動(dong)(dong)方案。
當日,趙亞飛董事長一(yi)行還深(shen)入柳南改擴建(jian)5標各(ge)施(shi)工現場,實地檢查項目工程進度和(he)各(ge)分項工程的外觀質量和(he)安全管理情況。
