———公司2013年新員工入職培訓圓滿結束
7月26日,公司(si)2013年新(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)結束(shu)了為(wei)期4天的培(pei)訓學習, 4天的短暫培(pei)訓讓(rang)46名新(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)對公司(si)業務、地瓜视频(pin)以(yi)及各自(zi)的工(gong)作崗(gang)(gang)位都有了初步(bu)的了解(jie),也增進了相(xiang)互之(zhi)間的感情(qing),培(pei)養了路建(jian)人團結向上、勇于拼搏的精神。培(pei)訓結束(shu)后,新(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)們將奔(ben)赴各個工(gong)作崗(gang)(gang)位,用青春熱情(qing)澆筑自(zi)己的參天夢想,同時也將齊心(xin)唱響路建(jian)希望(wang)之(zhi)歌。
為了(le)讓外地(di)來的(de)新員工對廣西有更深的(de)了(le)解,增(zeng)進(jin)團(tuan)隊友(you)誼, 7月19日(ri)晚,在入(ru)職培訓前,公司組(zu)織新員工們到(dao)民(min)(min)歌湖(hu)進(jin)行畫舫游,讓新員工們在欣賞廣西民(min)(min)族(zu)風情畫舫和(he)美好湖(hu)光(guang)景(jing)色的(de)同時,增(zeng)進(jin)相互間的(de)友(you)誼,消除陌(mo)生(sheng)感(gan),感(gan)受到(dao)路建集體的(de)溫暖和(he)關(guan)愛。
7月22日(ri),公司(si)2013年(nian)新(xin)(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)入職(zhi)培訓(xun)正式(shi)開(kai)(kai)(kai)始,由公(gong)司人(ren)力資(zi)源部(bu)部(bu)長(chang)譚(tan)福宣讀培訓(xun)班(ban)的(de)(de)(de)日程(cheng)安(an)排(pai)和紀律要求,公(gong)司總經理(li)何(he)崇雄在(zai)入職(zhi)培訓(xun)班(ban)開(kai)(kai)(kai)班(ban)儀式(shi)上(shang)發表(biao)了(le)(le)重要講話,對2013年(nian)新(xin)(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)到(dao)來(lai)表(biao)示了(le)(le)熱(re)烈的(de)(de)(de)歡迎,并以一(yi)名(ming)老員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)身份,與(yu)新(xin)(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)們坦誠交流(liu),分享了(le)(le)自己的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)體會。在(zai)會上(shang),何(he)崇雄總經理(li)給(gei)新(xin)(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)們提出了(le)(le)四點希望(wang):一(yi)是(shi)(shi)希望(wang)新(xin)(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)們做(zuo)好(hao)職(zhi)業生(sheng)涯規(gui)劃,明確自身的(de)(de)(de)發展方(fang)向和目標(biao),腳踏(ta)實地(di)地(di)進(jin)行學(xue)(xue)習,工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo);二是(shi)(shi)希望(wang)新(xin)(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)們能虛心向導師(shi)學(xue)(xue)習,多學(xue)(xue)知識,鍛煉(lian)本領,爭當崗位能手(shou);三是(shi)(shi)希望(wang)新(xin)(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)們要做(zuo)好(hao)從學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)到(dao)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)身份轉變的(de)(de)(de)準備,勇擔責任,改掉不良習慣(guan),盡快(kuai)獨立成長(chang)起來(lai);四是(shi)(shi)希望(wang)新(xin)(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)們要加(jia)強(qiang)制度學(xue)(xue)習,認真(zhen)領會我們公(gong)司的(de)(de)(de)規(gui)章制度,要在(zai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中按制度辦事,做(zuo)一(yi)名(ming)有(you)執行力的(de)(de)(de)路建人(ren)。公(gong)司總工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)師(shi)張坤球(qiu)、總經濟(ji)師(shi)黃非、總會計師(shi)蒙少舉也(ye)分別給(gei)新(xin)(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)寄語(yu),希望(wang)他們早日融(rong)入環境,盡快(kuai)成長(chang)成才。隨后,各(ge)部(bu)門負責人(ren)逐(zhu)一(yi)介紹了(le)(le)本部(bu)門的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)職(zhi)責和流(liu)程(cheng),使新(xin)(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)們初步了(le)(le)解了(le)(le)公(gong)司的(de)(de)(de)組(zu)織機構(gou)和運行流(liu)程(cheng),為(wei)今后工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)開(kai)(kai)(kai)展打(da)下(xia)了(le)(le)基(ji)礎。
7月23-24日,新(xin)(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工們(men)接受了(le)(le)各歸(gui)口部(bu)門(men)的(de)專(zhuan)業培訓,熟悉相(xiang)關工作規范(fan)及流程,為正(zheng)式工作做好準備(bei)。同時,公(gong)司組織新(xin)(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工們(men)參(can)加了(le)(le)安全(quan)知識、員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工管理辦(ban)法(fa)等制(zhi)度(du)學習,并開展團隊訓練(lian),通過專(zhuan)業團隊教練(lian)的(de)指導(dao)培訓,把相(xiang)關的(de)工作方法(fa)和思考(kao)問題(ti)的(de)方式融入到(dao)訓練(lian)項目當中,給新(xin)(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工們(men)上(shang)了(le)(le)一堂別(bie)樣的(de)管理課(ke),使(shi)新(xin)(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工深刻(ke)領悟團隊精神和執行力的(de)重要性(xing)。
今年(nian)的(de)新(xin)(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)入職培訓和(he)往(wang)年(nian)不(bu)同的(de)是:為(wei)了能讓(rang)新(xin)(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)們(men)盡快地了解(jie)項目(mu)、融入項目(mu),公(gong)司(si)組織(zhi)新(xin)(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)的(de)到(dao)公(gong)司(si)在(zai)建(jian)項目(mu)沿海改擴建(jian)1標(biao)進(jin)行參(can)觀交流,通過參(can)觀標(biao)準化(hua)的(de)駐地條件,讓(rang)新(xin)(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)們(men)對工(gong)(gong)地生活有了一個直觀的(de)認(ren)識。并在(zai)項目(mu)組織(zhi)開展了新(xin)(xin)老員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)座談會、籃球比(bi)賽(sai)、氣排球比(bi)賽(sai)、羽毛球比(bi)賽(sai)等活動,讓(rang)大家在(zai)活動中增進(jin)友誼,展現自我。另外(wai),公(gong)司(si)其(qi)他項目(mu)也積極主(zhu)動要(yao)求與新(xin)(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)進(jin)行交流,南寧(ning)外(wai)環B標(biao)主(zhu)動邀請公(gong)司(si)2013年(nian)新(xin)(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)前往(wang)項目(mu)進(jin)行足球友誼賽(sai)。
7月25日,公司在三樓會(hui)(hui)議室舉行了(le)2013年導(dao)師(shi)帶(dai)徒(tu)(tu)活動(dong)啟動(dong)儀式,黃非總經濟師(shi)對今年的(de)(de)活動(dong)提出了(le)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu),希望各(ge)項目(mu)要(yao)(yao)重(zhong)視導(dao)師(shi)帶(dai)徒(tu)(tu)活動(dong),按(an)照公司的(de)(de)統一(yi)部(bu)(bu)署,給新員(yuan)工提供(gong)良(liang)好的(de)(de)學(xue)習(xi)平臺;導(dao)師(shi)要(yao)(yao)增強責任(ren)心(xin),做好教學(xue)計(ji)劃(hua),履行好導(dao)師(shi)職責;學(xue)員(yuan)們要(yao)(yao)按(an)照導(dao)師(shi)帶(dai)徒(tu)(tu)方案的(de)(de)相關要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)做好學(xue)習(xi)工作(zuo),緊密聯系歸口部(bu)(bu)門制定的(de)(de)學(xue)習(xi)內容,有(you)計(ji)劃(hua)性地進行學(xue)習(xi)。會(hui)(hui)上,部(bu)(bu)分導(dao)師(shi)和(he)學(xue)員(yuan)代表簽訂了(le)導(dao)師(shi)帶(dai)徒(tu)(tu)協議書。在會上(shang),何(he)崇雄(xiong)總(zong)經理作了總(zong)結講話(hua),并對即將踏上(shang)工作崗位的(de)新員工提(ti)出了要(yao)(yao)求,他強調(diao):一(yi)是(shi)新員工們要(yao)(yao)擺正心態,放下以前的(de)榮譽和成績(ji),一(yi)切歸零,要(yao)(yao)盡(jin)(jin)快熟悉新的(de)工作環境,多(duo)看、多(duo)問,學會舉一(yi)反三,盡(jin)(jin)快地融(rong)入到項目的(de)團隊中去(qu)(qu)。二(er)是(shi)注(zhu)重細節,虛心做(zuo)好每一(yi)件小(xiao)事,厚積薄(bo)發。三是(shi)要(yao)(yao)積極調(diao)整(zheng)心態,用(yong)樂(le)觀的(de)心態去(qu)(qu)面對工作、生活中的(de)挫折,盡(jin)(jin)快成長起來。
