———公(gong)司2013年新員工入職培(pei)訓(xun)圓滿(man)結束
7月(yue)26日,公司2013年新(xin)員工結(jie)束(shu)了(le)(le)為期(qi)4天(tian)的(de)(de)培訓(xun)學習, 4天(tian)的(de)(de)短暫培訓(xun)讓46名新(xin)員工對公司業務、地(di)瓜视频以及(ji)各(ge)自的(de)(de)工作崗(gang)位都有了(le)(le)初步的(de)(de)了(le)(le)解,也增進了(le)(le)相(xiang)互之(zhi)間的(de)(de)感情(qing),培養了(le)(le)路(lu)建人(ren)團結(jie)向上、勇于拼搏的(de)(de)精神。培訓(xun)結(jie)束(shu)后,新(xin)員工們將奔赴各(ge)個(ge)工作崗(gang)位,用青春(chun)熱情(qing)澆(jiao)筑自己的(de)(de)參天(tian)夢想(xiang),同時也將齊心唱響路(lu)建希望之(zhi)歌。
為了讓外地來的新(xin)員工對廣(guang)西有更深的了解,增進(jin)團隊(dui)友(you)誼, 7月19日(ri)晚,在入職培訓前,公司組織新(xin)員工們到民歌(ge)湖(hu)進(jin)行畫舫游,讓新(xin)員工們在欣賞廣(guang)西民族風(feng)情畫舫和美好(hao)湖(hu)光景色(se)的同時,增進(jin)相互間的友(you)誼,消除陌生感,感受到路(lu)建集體(ti)的溫(wen)暖和關愛。
7月(yue)22日,公司(si)2013年新(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)入(ru)職(zhi)培訓(xun)正式開(kai)始,由(you)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)人力資源部部長譚福宣讀培訓(xun)班的(de)日程(cheng)安排和紀律要(yao)求,公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)總(zong)經(jing)理(li)何(he)崇(chong)雄在(zai)入(ru)職(zhi)培訓(xun)班開(kai)班儀(yi)式上(shang)發(fa)表了(le)重要(yao)講話,對2013年新(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)到來表示了(le)熱(re)烈的(de)歡迎,并(bing)以一名老員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)身(shen)(shen)份,與新(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)們坦誠交流(liu),分(fen)享了(le)自(zi)己的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)體會(hui)。在(zai)會(hui)上(shang),何(he)崇(chong)雄總(zong)經(jing)理(li)給新(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)們提出了(le)四(si)點希(xi)(xi)望(wang):一是希(xi)(xi)望(wang)新(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)們做好職(zhi)業生涯規劃,明確(que)自(zi)身(shen)(shen)的(de)發(fa)展方向和目標,腳踏(ta)實地(di)地(di)進行學習,工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo);二是希(xi)(xi)望(wang)新(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)們能(neng)虛心向導(dao)師(shi)學習,多學知識,鍛煉本領,爭當崗位能(neng)手;三是希(xi)(xi)望(wang)新(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)們要(yao)做好從學生到職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)身(shen)(shen)份轉(zhuan)變(bian)的(de)準備,勇擔責任,改掉不(bu)良習慣(guan),盡快(kuai)獨立成長起來;四(si)是希(xi)(xi)望(wang)新(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)們要(yao)加強制度學習,認真領會(hui)我們公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)的(de)規章(zhang)制度,要(yao)在(zai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中按制度辦事,做一名有執行力的(de)路建人。公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)總(zong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)師(shi)張坤球、總(zong)經(jing)濟師(shi)黃非、總(zong)會(hui)計(ji)師(shi)蒙(meng)少舉也(ye)分(fen)別(bie)給新(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)寄語,希(xi)(xi)望(wang)他們早(zao)日融入(ru)環境,盡快(kuai)成長成才。隨后,各部門負(fu)責人逐一介(jie)紹(shao)了(le)本部門的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)職(zhi)責和流(liu)程(cheng),使新(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)們初(chu)步了(le)解(jie)了(le)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)的(de)組織機構和運行流(liu)程(cheng),為(wei)今后工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)開(kai)展打下了(le)基礎(chu)。
7月(yue)23-24日,新員(yuan)(yuan)工們(men)接受了(le)(le)各(ge)歸口(kou)部門的(de)(de)專業培訓,熟悉相關工作規范(fan)及流程,為正式工作做好準備。同時,公(gong)司(si)組織新員(yuan)(yuan)工們(men)參加了(le)(le)安全知識(shi)、員(yuan)(yuan)工管(guan)理辦(ban)法等制度(du)學習,并開展團隊訓練(lian)(lian),通過(guo)專業團隊教練(lian)(lian)的(de)(de)指導培訓,把(ba)相關的(de)(de)工作方法和思考問題(ti)的(de)(de)方式融入到訓練(lian)(lian)項目當中,給新員(yuan)(yuan)工們(men)上(shang)了(le)(le)一(yi)堂別(bie)樣的(de)(de)管(guan)理課,使新員(yuan)(yuan)工深(shen)刻領悟團隊精神和執(zhi)行力的(de)(de)重要性。
今年的(de)(de)新(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)入職培訓和(he)往年不同的(de)(de)是(shi):為了能讓(rang)新(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)們(men)盡(jin)快地(di)了解(jie)項(xiang)目、融入項(xiang)目,公(gong)司(si)組織(zhi)新(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)到公(gong)司(si)在(zai)建(jian)項(xiang)目沿(yan)海改擴(kuo)建(jian)1標(biao)進(jin)行參(can)觀(guan)交流,通過參(can)觀(guan)標(biao)準(zhun)化的(de)(de)駐地(di)條件(jian),讓(rang)新(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)們(men)對工(gong)(gong)(gong)地(di)生活(huo)有了一個直觀(guan)的(de)(de)認識(shi)。并在(zai)項(xiang)目組織(zhi)開展了新(xin)老員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)座談會、籃(lan)球比賽(sai)、氣排球比賽(sai)、羽(yu)毛球比賽(sai)等(deng)活(huo)動(dong),讓(rang)大家在(zai)活(huo)動(dong)中增進(jin)友誼(yi),展現(xian)自我(wo)。另外(wai),公(gong)司(si)其他(ta)項(xiang)目也積極主動(dong)要(yao)求(qiu)與新(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)進(jin)行交流,南寧外(wai)環B標(biao)主動(dong)邀請公(gong)司(si)2013年新(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)前往項(xiang)目進(jin)行足球友誼(yi)賽(sai)。
7月25日,公(gong)司在三樓(lou)會(hui)議室(shi)舉行(xing)了2013年導(dao)(dao)師帶(dai)(dai)(dai)徒(tu)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)啟動(dong)(dong)儀式,黃非總經濟師對今年的(de)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)提(ti)出了要求,希望各項(xiang)目要重視(shi)導(dao)(dao)師帶(dai)(dai)(dai)徒(tu)活(huo)動(dong)(dong),按(an)照(zhao)公(gong)司的(de)統(tong)一部(bu)署,給新員工(gong)(gong)提(ti)供良好的(de)學習(xi)(xi)平臺;導(dao)(dao)師要增強責任心,做好教(jiao)學計劃(hua),履行(xing)好導(dao)(dao)師職(zhi)責;學員們要按(an)照(zhao)導(dao)(dao)師帶(dai)(dai)(dai)徒(tu)方(fang)案的(de)相關要求做好學習(xi)(xi)工(gong)(gong)作,緊密聯系歸口部(bu)門(men)制定的(de)學習(xi)(xi)內容,有計劃(hua)性地進行(xing)學習(xi)(xi)。會(hui)上(shang),部(bu)分導(dao)(dao)師和學員代表簽(qian)訂了導(dao)(dao)師帶(dai)(dai)(dai)徒(tu)協議書。在(zai)會上(shang),何崇雄總(zong)經(jing)理作(zuo)(zuo)了總(zong)結講話,并對即(ji)將踏上(shang)工作(zuo)(zuo)崗(gang)位(wei)的(de)(de)新員工提出了要(yao)(yao)求,他(ta)強(qiang)調:一是新員工們要(yao)(yao)擺正心(xin)(xin)態(tai),放(fang)下(xia)以前的(de)(de)榮(rong)譽(yu)和成(cheng)績,一切歸(gui)零,要(yao)(yao)盡快(kuai)熟悉新的(de)(de)工作(zuo)(zuo)環境,多看、多問(wen),學會舉(ju)一反三,盡快(kuai)地融入到項目(mu)的(de)(de)團隊中(zhong)去。二是注重細(xi)節,虛(xu)心(xin)(xin)做好每(mei)一件小事,厚積(ji)薄發。三是要(yao)(yao)積(ji)極調整心(xin)(xin)態(tai),用樂(le)觀的(de)(de)心(xin)(xin)態(tai)去面(mian)對工作(zuo)(zuo)、生活中(zhong)的(de)(de)挫折,盡快(kuai)成(cheng)長起來。
