——馬平2標二分部中心拌合站建設紀實
班(ban)組(zu)是項目組(zu)織(zhi)生產經營(ying)活動的(de)基本細(xi)胞,全面加強班(ban)組(zu)建(jian)設(she),實現班(ban)組(zu)管理的(de)科學(xue)化、制度化、規范(fan)化,是實現項目乃(nai)至(zhi)企業現代化建(jian)設(she)的(de)一項重要工(gong)作(zuo)。馬平(ping)2標二分部項目路線(xian)長,工(gong)程量(liang)大,工(gong)期短,征(zheng)地拆遷(qian)工(gong)作(zuo)困難,任務(wu)緊。項目部為加快整體(ti)施(shi)工(gong)進度,保(bao)障施(shi)工(gong)質(zhi)量(liang),不(bu)斷探索創新班(ban)組(zu)建(jian)設(she),路基、橋涵、拌(ban)合站、內(nei)業等班(ban)組(zu)團結協作(zuo),奪取了旱季施(shi)工(gong)的(de)全面勝利,完(wan)(wan)滿(man)完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)年(nian)(nian)度目標任務(wu),項目部獲得2012年(nian)(nian)度“先(xian)進集體(ti)”稱號,而堅持“精(jing)(jing)益”理念(nian)發揚路建(jian)“鐵(tie)軍”精(jing)(jing)神(shen)的(de)中心拌(ban)合站班(ban)組(zu),也(ye)獲得公司2012年(nian)(nian)“先(xian)進班(ban)組(zu)”榮譽稱號。
堅持“精益”管理(li)理(li)念,狠抓“四化”建設
當(dang)前(qian),廣(guang)西高速公路(lu)建(jian)(jian)設(she)領域全(quan)(quan)面推行項(xiang)(xiang)目標準(zhun)化(hua)、規范化(hua)、精細化(hua)、人本化(hua)的(de)(de)(de)“四(si)化(hua)”建(jian)(jian)設(she)管(guan)理(li),為打造項(xiang)(xiang)目管(guan)理(li)品(pin)牌,爭創樣板工(gong)(gong)程,馬平2標二分部中心(xin)拌(ban)(ban)合站班組(zu)在項(xiang)(xiang)目班子的(de)(de)(de)指導下,理(li)清工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)思(si)路(lu),鎖定“精益(yi)”管(guan)理(li)理(li)念,早部署、早落實,把拌(ban)(ban)合站“四(si)化(hua)”建(jian)(jian)設(she)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)為一項(xiang)(xiang)關(guan)鍵工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)來抓(zhua)。“精益(yi)”理(li)念要(yao)求(qiu)管(guan)理(li)規范、產品(pin)質(zhi)優、進(jin)度領先(xian)、安全(quan)(quan)文明(ming)、職工(gong)(gong)團結,各(ge)項(xiang)(xiang)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)力求(qiu)精益(yi)求(qiu)精。中心(xin)拌(ban)(ban)合站全(quan)(quan)體班組(zu)成員團結拼搏(bo),發揚(yang)吃苦奉獻(xian)的(de)(de)(de)精神、配合項(xiang)(xiang)目圓滿完成各(ge)項(xiang)(xiang)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)任務,順(shun)利(li)完成項(xiang)(xiang)目針(zhen)對拌(ban)(ban)合站下達的(de)(de)(de)各(ge)項(xiang)(xiang)指標。目前(qian)拌(ban)(ban)合站生(sheng)產建(jian)(jian)設(she)成效顯著,得到了各(ge)方好評。
科學合理進行(xing)場站建設
在“四(si)化(hua)”建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)新形勢下,為確保(bao)合(he)理規劃,科學布局,最大限度(du)節約建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)成本,項目班子和拌(ban)合(he)站(zhan)班組負責人(ren)轉變工作思路(lu),高(gao)起點謀劃,及(ji)(ji)時跟進(jin),組織拌(ban)合(he)站(zhan)籌備人(ren)員認真研究指揮部下發的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)標準(zhun)化(hua)場站(zhan)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)指南,比照其(qi)間對拌(ban)合(he)站(zhan)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)各項要求,對建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)規范標準(zhun)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)拌(ban)合(he)站(zhan)在圖紙上進(jin)行了反復研究論證,并對原材料(liao)進(jin)出的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)難易、拌(ban)合(he)站(zhan)上料(liao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)方便、場地內排水系統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)通暢、鋼(gang)筋(jin)加工廠(chang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)能力、各預制場的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)養護及(ji)(ji)堆放(fang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)便利、后勤設(she)(she)(she)施(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)合(he)理性等各個(ge)方面進(jin)行了全(quan)面考慮(lv),最終(zhong)制定及(ji)(ji)不(bu)斷(duan)補充(chong)完(wan)善建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)方案。如今,項目的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)砼拌(ban)合(he)站(zhan)、大梁(liang)預制場、鋼(gang)筋(jin)加工場、蓋板和圓(yuan)管(guan)涵預制場采取(qu)統(tong)一管(guan)理、統(tong)一規劃、統(tong)一建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)方式(shi),形成了占地面積達90余畝的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)統(tong)一的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)大型“中心站(zhan)”。中心站(zhan)實(shi)現了工廠(chang)化(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)模式(shi),滿足了項目“四(si)化(hua)”建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)需(xu)要。
創(chuang)新(xin)求優質,精(jing)益樹標桿
狠抓質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang),把質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)作(zuo)(zuo)為拌合站(zhan)(zhan)班組工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)重中(zhong)之重。一是(shi)(shi)抓好過(guo)程管(guan)理(li)(li)(li),從(cong)影響(xiang)產(chan)品質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)各個因素入手,不(bu)僅要(yao)讓(rang)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)人(ren)員(yuan)熟稔掌握工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi),更要(yao)讓(rang)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)理(li)(li)(li)解工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)。堅持(chi)開展(zhan)幫帶活動(dong),負(fu)責(ze)拌合站(zhan)(zhan)技術(shu)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)有著長期拌合站(zhan)(zhan)技術(shu)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)經驗的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)老職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)盧朝袖,他負(fu)責(ze)對(dui)(dui)新員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)進行重點“傳(chuan)、幫、帶”,第一次從(cong)事拌合站(zhan)(zhan)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)李樹成在(zai)其(qi)指(zhi)導下從(cong)新手逐步成長,不(bu)僅對(dui)(dui)多種(zhong)預制工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)熟練,對(dui)(dui)勞務隊(dui)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)能力也不(bu)斷提(ti)高(gao)。二(er)是(shi)(shi)注重質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)信息(xi)反(fan)饋,加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)與外(wai)業施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)人(ren)員(yuan)溝通(tong)聯系(xi)(xi),聽取對(dui)(dui)拌合站(zhan)(zhan)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)混凝土、結構(gou)物(wu)預制品、鋼(gang)筋加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)產(chan)品等(deng)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)、進度的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)反(fan)應,及時調整(zheng)力求精(jing)品。三是(shi)(shi)開展(zhan)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)自(zi)檢(jian)(jian)制度,保(bao)證質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)降低成本。如果搞(gao)不(bu)清楚質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)問題產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)原因,質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)就(jiu)無法保(bao)證和(he)提(ti)高(gao)。為此,拌合站(zhan)(zhan)班組在(zai)每月(yue)項目(mu)部(bu)內部(bu)檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)、總監(jian)辦及指(zhi)揮(hui)部(bu)月(yue)度檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)之前,積極開展(zhan)自(zi)檢(jian)(jian)自(zi)查(cha)(cha),分析(xi)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)原因,及時糾正,并建立完(wan)善(shan)車間質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)控制體系(xi)(xi)和(he)防范(fan)措施。此外(wai)還通(tong)過(guo)日常(chang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)人(ren)員(yuan)碰頭會議,對(dui)(dui)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)過(guo)程中(zhong)出(chu)現的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)問題給予強(qiang)調,避免再次產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)同樣的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)錯誤(wu)。
狠抓組織管理 責任到(dao)人
馬平2標二分部(bu)中心(xin)拌(ban)(ban)合(he)站(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)大型(xing)廠區,員(yuan)工(gong)眾多,人員(yuan)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)也是(shi)拌(ban)(ban)合(he)站(zhan)(zhan)班組(zu)的重(zhong)要工(gong)作。為了服務(wu)項目打造精品工(gong)作,樹立企業品牌,人員(yuan)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)尤(you)為重(zhong)要。質量管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)小組(zu)、安(an)全管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)小組(zu)、廠務(wu)公開小組(zu)、廠務(wu)公開監督(du)小組(zu),各(ge)類組(zu)織機構保(bao)障班組(zu)建設力度。拌(ban)(ban)合(he)站(zhan)(zhan)班組(zu)狠抓(zhua)組(zu)織管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li),做法是(shi)將責任(ren)具體(ti)落(luo)實到人。
以拌(ban)合樓為(wei)(wei)例,為(wei)(wei)確(que)保混(hun)凝(ning)土質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang),站長(chang)蘇長(chang)軍要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)相關人員(yuan)樹立(li)“質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)是生命線;技術是至(zhi)(zhi)高點(dian);管(guan)理(li)是基(ji)本(ben)功”意(yi)識,明確(que)人員(yuan)責任,切實(shi)把(ba)混(hun)凝(ning)土的(de)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)工作做真、做細、做好(hao)。在(zai)生產過程(cheng)中主要(yao)(yao)抓好(hao)三方面:一是抓好(hao)關鍵環節控(kong)制,建立(li)健(jian)全的(de)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)保證體系(xi)。上到站長(chang)下至(zhi)(zhi)一般(ban)機(ji)手,把(ba)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)做為(wei)(wei)重(zhong)中之重(zhong),一旦發(fa)現影(ying)響質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)的(de)因素馬上進行(xing)整改(gai)處理(li)。二(er)是在(zai)材(cai)料(liao)控(kong)制上嚴格(ge)執行(xing)原材(cai)料(liao)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)和試驗管(guan)理(li)的(de)規(gui)定要(yao)(yao)求(qiu),采取有針對性措施,重(zhong)點(dian)加大(da)原材(cai)料(liao)源(yuan)頭(tou)管(guan)理(li)及(ji)材(cai)料(liao)進廠(chang)控(kong)制力度,制定嚴格(ge)的(de)環節把(ba)關,逐級控(kong)制。三是在(zai)成品(pin)料(liao)的(de)控(kong)制上,以試驗室(shi)為(wei)(wei)軸,嚴格(ge)執行(xing)混(hun)凝(ning)土配合比,使(shi)拌(ban)合料(liao)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)達到規(gui)定要(yao)(yao)求(qiu),有效地保證整個工程(cheng)的(de)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)。
安(an)全(quan)文(wen)明施工 規范精細操作
“安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)第一,預防為(wei)(wei)主”,安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)工作(zuo)是拌(ban)合(he)(he)站(zhan)班組(zu)每(mei)天工作(zuo)的(de)一個(ge)重要內容。分管項目(mu)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)協調(diao)工作(zuo)的(de)支部書記韋樹分牽頭,組(zu)織(zhi)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)部完善拌(ban)合(he)(he)站(zhan)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)標志標牌,安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)警示標語(yu)隨(sui)處(chu)可見,讓(rang)員工自覺養(yang)成安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)意識習慣。拌(ban)合(he)(he)站(zhan)在安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)工作(zuo)中積(ji)累(lei)了(le)一套良好的(de)做(zuo)法:一是安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)排巡(xun)查(cha)值班表,由站(zhan)長(chang)調(diao)度(du)管理人員協同(tong)保安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)輪流巡(xun)邏值班;二是嚴(yan)(yan)(yan)格執行安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)規章制(zhi)度(du),加強機車設備(bei)(bei)人員的(de)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)操(cao)(cao)(cao)作(zuo)能力;三是加強安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)技術交底及培訓,提(ti)高安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)技能;四是定期開(kai)展安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)隱患排查(cha),做(zuo)好防洪、防爆(bao)、防燃(ran)、防盜工作(zuo);五是開(kai)展日常機車設備(bei)(bei)的(de)保養(yang)和維護,保障操(cao)(cao)(cao)作(zuo)人員安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan);六是嚴(yan)(yan)(yan)格執行安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)獎懲(cheng)制(zhi)度(du),對安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)不規范行為(wei)(wei)予以懲(cheng)罰。從拌(ban)合(he)(he)站(zhan)規劃到投入(ru)使用至(zhi)今,嚴(yan)(yan)(yan)格按照規范精細操(cao)(cao)(cao)作(zuo),未發生過一起安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)事故。
班組(zu)是地瓜视频的(de)重(zhong)要宣(xuan)傳(chuan)陣地,也是企(qi)業(ye)精(jing)神的(de)集中展(zhan)示(shi)。拌合站在場站建設中力求打造企(qi)業(ye)窗(chuang)口,將公司(si)在質量進度安全控(kong)制(zhi)上的(de)理念(nian)、精(jing)神文明(ming)建設的(de)成果以(yi)及職工良好的(de)精(jing)神面(mian)貌對外展(zhan)現。
班組是企業文明的集(ji)中展(zhan)現
在(zai)我(wo)拌(ban)(ban)合站全體員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)共(gong)同努力和團結奮(fen)進下,截止2013年3月(yue),我(wo)拌(ban)(ban)合站共(gong)完成(cheng)混凝土43000m³,完成(cheng)1600米的(de)(de)(de)(de)圓(yuan)管(guan),蓋(gai)板完成(cheng)了(le)(le)(le)5150塊,20米箱梁完成(cheng)了(le)(le)(le)26片,13米的(de)(de)(de)(de)空心(xin)板完成(cheng)了(le)(le)(le)5片。拌(ban)(ban)合站班(ban)組(zu)在(zai)生產(chan)經營管(guan)理中(zhong),堅持精益理念,追求做(zuo)到更好(hao),獲得(de)(de)指揮部(bu)及(ji)交(jiao)(jiao)投(tou)集團領導成(cheng)員(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)高度認可及(ji)肯定,先后吸引來馬路、河都路、大巴(ba)路、柳梧(wu)路等區內(nei)在(zai)建兄(xiong)弟(di)標段(duan)前來交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)參觀,為公(gong)司贏得(de)(de)了(le)(le)(le)良(liang)好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)信譽。榮(rong)譽是不(bu)斷前行的(de)(de)(de)(de)動力,馬平2標二分部(bu)中(zhong)心(xin)拌(ban)(ban)合站將不(bu)辱使命,完成(cheng)好(hao)公(gong)司交(jiao)(jiao)予的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作任務(wu)。
