——馬平2標二分部中心拌合站建設紀實
班(ban)(ban)(ban)組是項(xiang)目(mu)組織生(sheng)產經營活動的基(ji)本細胞(bao),全(quan)面加強班(ban)(ban)(ban)組建設,實(shi)現班(ban)(ban)(ban)組管理(li)的科學化(hua)、制度化(hua)、規范化(hua),是實(shi)現項(xiang)目(mu)乃(nai)至企業(ye)現代化(hua)建設的一(yi)項(xiang)重要(yao)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。馬(ma)平2標(biao)二分(fen)部項(xiang)目(mu)路(lu)線長,工(gong)(gong)程量大(da),工(gong)(gong)期短,征(zheng)地拆(chai)遷工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)困難(nan),任務緊。項(xiang)目(mu)部為(wei)加快整體施工(gong)(gong)進度,保障施工(gong)(gong)質量,不斷探(tan)索創(chuang)新(xin)班(ban)(ban)(ban)組建設,路(lu)基(ji)、橋(qiao)涵、拌合站、內(nei)業(ye)等班(ban)(ban)(ban)組團結協作(zuo)(zuo),奪取了旱(han)季施工(gong)(gong)的全(quan)面勝利(li),完滿完成年度目(mu)標(biao)任務,項(xiang)目(mu)部獲得(de)2012年度“先(xian)進集體”稱(cheng)號,而堅持(chi)“精益(yi)”理(li)念發(fa)揚路(lu)建“鐵軍”精神的中心拌合站班(ban)(ban)(ban)組,也獲得(de)公(gong)司2012年“先(xian)進班(ban)(ban)(ban)組”榮(rong)譽(yu)稱(cheng)號。
堅(jian)持“精益(yi)”管理理念,狠抓“四(si)化”建設
當前,廣西(xi)高速公路建(jian)設(she)(she)領域全(quan)面推行項目(mu)標(biao)準(zhun)化(hua)、規范化(hua)、精(jing)細化(hua)、人本(ben)化(hua)的(de)(de)“四化(hua)”建(jian)設(she)(she)管理(li),為(wei)打造項目(mu)管理(li)品(pin)(pin)牌,爭創樣(yang)板工(gong)程,馬平2標(biao)二分部中心(xin)拌(ban)(ban)合(he)(he)(he)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)在項目(mu)班(ban)(ban)子(zi)的(de)(de)指導下,理(li)清工(gong)作(zuo)思(si)路,鎖定“精(jing)益(yi)”管理(li)理(li)念(nian),早(zao)部署、早(zao)落實,把拌(ban)(ban)合(he)(he)(he)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)“四化(hua)”建(jian)設(she)(she)作(zuo)為(wei)一項關鍵工(gong)作(zuo)來抓(zhua)。“精(jing)益(yi)”理(li)念(nian)要求管理(li)規范、產品(pin)(pin)質優、進度領先、安全(quan)文明、職工(gong)團結(jie),各(ge)項工(gong)作(zuo)力求精(jing)益(yi)求精(jing)。中心(xin)拌(ban)(ban)合(he)(he)(he)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)全(quan)體班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)成員團結(jie)拼搏,發揚吃苦奉獻的(de)(de)精(jing)神、配(pei)合(he)(he)(he)項目(mu)圓滿完成各(ge)項工(gong)作(zuo)任務,順利完成項目(mu)針對(dui)拌(ban)(ban)合(he)(he)(he)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)下達的(de)(de)各(ge)項指標(biao)。目(mu)前拌(ban)(ban)合(he)(he)(he)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)生產建(jian)設(she)(she)成效顯(xian)著(zhu),得(de)到了各(ge)方(fang)好評(ping)。
科學合理(li)進行場(chang)站(zhan)建設
在“四化(hua)”建設(she)(she)(she)新形(xing)勢下,為確保合(he)理規(gui)劃(hua),科學(xue)布(bu)局,最(zui)大限度節約建設(she)(she)(she)成本,項(xiang)目班子和(he)拌(ban)合(he)站(zhan)(zhan)班組(zu)負責人轉(zhuan)變(bian)工(gong)作思路,高起點(dian)謀劃(hua),及(ji)時跟進(jin)(jin),組(zu)織拌(ban)合(he)站(zhan)(zhan)籌備人員認真研究指揮部(bu)下發的(de)(de)(de)(de)標準化(hua)場站(zhan)(zhan)建設(she)(she)(she)指南,比照(zhao)其間對拌(ban)合(he)站(zhan)(zhan)建設(she)(she)(she)的(de)(de)(de)(de)各(ge)項(xiang)要求,對建設(she)(she)(she)規(gui)范標準的(de)(de)(de)(de)拌(ban)合(he)站(zhan)(zhan)在圖紙(zhi)上進(jin)(jin)行了(le)(le)(le)反復研究論證(zheng),并對原(yuan)材料(liao)進(jin)(jin)出的(de)(de)(de)(de)難易、拌(ban)合(he)站(zhan)(zhan)上料(liao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)方便(bian)、場地內(nei)排水系統的(de)(de)(de)(de)通暢、鋼筋加工(gong)廠的(de)(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)能力、各(ge)預(yu)制場的(de)(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)養護及(ji)堆放的(de)(de)(de)(de)便(bian)利、后(hou)勤設(she)(she)(she)施的(de)(de)(de)(de)合(he)理性(xing)等(deng)各(ge)個(ge)方面(mian)(mian)進(jin)(jin)行了(le)(le)(le)全面(mian)(mian)考慮,最(zui)終制定及(ji)不斷(duan)補充(chong)完(wan)善建設(she)(she)(she)方案。如(ru)今,項(xiang)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)砼拌(ban)合(he)站(zhan)(zhan)、大梁預(yu)制場、鋼筋加工(gong)場、蓋(gai)板和(he)圓管涵預(yu)制場采取統一管理、統一規(gui)劃(hua)、統一建設(she)(she)(she)的(de)(de)(de)(de)方式(shi),形(xing)成了(le)(le)(le)占地面(mian)(mian)積達90余畝的(de)(de)(de)(de)統一的(de)(de)(de)(de)大型“中心站(zhan)(zhan)”。中心站(zhan)(zhan)實現(xian)了(le)(le)(le)工(gong)廠化(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)模式(shi),滿足(zu)了(le)(le)(le)項(xiang)目“四化(hua)”建設(she)(she)(she)需要。
創新求優質(zhi),精益樹標桿
狠抓質量(liang)(liang),把質量(liang)(liang)作為拌(ban)合站(zhan)班組工(gong)(gong)作的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)(zhong)中(zhong)之(zhi)重(zhong)(zhong)。一是(shi)抓好(hao)過(guo)程管理(li)(li)(li)(li),從(cong)影(ying)響(xiang)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)質量(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)各(ge)個因(yin)素入手,不(bu)僅要讓(rang)管理(li)(li)(li)(li)人員熟稔掌握工(gong)(gong)藝(yi),更要讓(rang)職工(gong)(gong)理(li)(li)(li)(li)解工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)。堅(jian)持開展幫(bang)帶(dai)活動,負責拌(ban)合站(zhan)技(ji)術管理(li)(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)有著長期(qi)拌(ban)合站(zhan)技(ji)術管理(li)(li)(li)(li)經驗的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)老職工(gong)(gong)盧朝袖,他(ta)負責對(dui)新(xin)員工(gong)(gong)進行重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)“傳、幫(bang)、帶(dai)”,第一次從(cong)事拌(ban)合站(zhan)管理(li)(li)(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)作的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)李(li)樹(shu)成(cheng)在其指(zhi)導下從(cong)新(xin)手逐步成(cheng)長,不(bu)僅對(dui)多種預制(zhi)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)熟練,對(dui)勞務隊(dui)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)管理(li)(li)(li)(li)能力也不(bu)斷提(ti)高。二(er)是(shi)注(zhu)重(zhong)(zhong)質量(liang)(liang)信息反饋,加強與(yu)外(wai)(wai)業施工(gong)(gong)管理(li)(li)(li)(li)人員溝通(tong)聯系,聽取(qu)對(dui)拌(ban)合站(zhan)加工(gong)(gong)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)混(hun)凝土、結構物預制(zhi)品(pin)(pin)、鋼筋加工(gong)(gong)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)等質量(liang)(liang)、進度(du)(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)反應(ying),及(ji)時調整力求(qiu)精(jing)品(pin)(pin)。三是(shi)開展質量(liang)(liang)自檢(jian)(jian)制(zhi)度(du)(du),保證(zheng)質量(liang)(liang)降低成(cheng)本。如果搞不(bu)清楚(chu)質量(liang)(liang)問題產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)原因(yin),質量(liang)(liang)就無法保證(zheng)和(he)提(ti)高。為此,拌(ban)合站(zhan)班組在每月項目部內部檢(jian)(jian)查、總監辦(ban)及(ji)指(zhi)揮部月度(du)(du)檢(jian)(jian)查之(zhi)前,積極(ji)開展自檢(jian)(jian)自查,分析質量(liang)(liang)原因(yin),及(ji)時糾(jiu)正,并建立完善車間質量(liang)(liang)控制(zhi)體系和(he)防(fang)范措施。此外(wai)(wai)還通(tong)過(guo)日(ri)常的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)管理(li)(li)(li)(li)人員碰頭會(hui)議,對(dui)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)過(guo)程中(zhong)出現(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)問題給予(yu)強調,避免再次產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)同樣的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)錯(cuo)誤。
狠(hen)抓(zhua)組織管理 責任到人
馬平2標二(er)分部中心(xin)拌(ban)合(he)站是大型廠(chang)區,員工眾多,人(ren)員管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)也是拌(ban)合(he)站班(ban)組(zu)(zu)的重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)工作。為了服務(wu)項目打造精品工作,樹(shu)立企業品牌(pai),人(ren)員管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)尤為重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)。質量管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)小組(zu)(zu)、安全(quan)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)小組(zu)(zu)、廠(chang)務(wu)公開小組(zu)(zu)、廠(chang)務(wu)公開監督(du)小組(zu)(zu),各(ge)類(lei)組(zu)(zu)織機構保障(zhang)班(ban)組(zu)(zu)建設(she)力度。拌(ban)合(he)站班(ban)組(zu)(zu)狠抓(zhua)組(zu)(zu)織管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li),做法是將責(ze)任(ren)具體落實到人(ren)。
以(yi)拌合樓為例,為確保(bao)(bao)混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang),站長(chang)蘇長(chang)軍(jun)要求(qiu)(qiu)相關人員樹立(li)“質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)是(shi)(shi)生命(ming)線;技術(shu)是(shi)(shi)至高點(dian);管(guan)理(li)是(shi)(shi)基(ji)本功(gong)”意識(shi),明(ming)確人員責任,切(qie)實把(ba)混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)的(de)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)工(gong)(gong)作做(zuo)真(zhen)、做(zuo)細、做(zuo)好(hao)。在生產過程中主要抓好(hao)三(san)方面(mian):一(yi)是(shi)(shi)抓好(hao)關鍵環節(jie)(jie)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi),建立(li)健全的(de)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)保(bao)(bao)證體系。上到站長(chang)下至一(yi)般機(ji)手,把(ba)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)做(zuo)為重(zhong)中之重(zhong),一(yi)旦發現影響質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)的(de)因(yin)素馬(ma)上進行(xing)整(zheng)改處理(li)。二是(shi)(shi)在材(cai)料(liao)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)上嚴(yan)格(ge)執(zhi)行(xing)原材(cai)料(liao)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)和試驗管(guan)理(li)的(de)規(gui)定要求(qiu)(qiu),采取有針對性(xing)措(cuo)施,重(zhong)點(dian)加大原材(cai)料(liao)源(yuan)頭管(guan)理(li)及材(cai)料(liao)進廠控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)力度,制(zhi)定嚴(yan)格(ge)的(de)環節(jie)(jie)把(ba)關,逐(zhu)級(ji)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)。三(san)是(shi)(shi)在成品料(liao)的(de)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)上,以(yi)試驗室為軸,嚴(yan)格(ge)執(zhi)行(xing)混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)配合比,使(shi)拌合料(liao)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)達到規(gui)定要求(qiu)(qiu),有效地保(bao)(bao)證整(zheng)個工(gong)(gong)程的(de)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)。
安全文(wen)明施工 規范精細(xi)操作
“安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)第(di)一(yi),預防(fang)為主”,安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)是(shi)(shi)(shi)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)合(he)站班(ban)組(zu)每(mei)天(tian)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的一(yi)個重要內容。分(fen)管項目安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)協調(diao)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的支部(bu)書記韋樹分(fen)牽(qian)頭,組(zu)織安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)部(bu)完善拌(ban)(ban)(ban)合(he)站安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)標(biao)志標(biao)牌,安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)警示標(biao)語隨(sui)處可見,讓員(yuan)工(gong)自(zi)覺養成安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)意識習慣(guan)。拌(ban)(ban)(ban)合(he)站在安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中積累了一(yi)套(tao)良(liang)好(hao)的做法:一(yi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)排巡(xun)查(cha)(cha)值班(ban)表(biao),由站長調(diao)度管理人(ren)員(yuan)協同保安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)輪流巡(xun)邏值班(ban);二是(shi)(shi)(shi)嚴格執行(xing)(xing)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)規章制度,加強機車設(she)備人(ren)員(yuan)的安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)操作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)能(neng)力;三是(shi)(shi)(shi)加強安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)交底(di)及培訓,提高(gao)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)技(ji)(ji)能(neng);四(si)是(shi)(shi)(shi)定(ding)期開展安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)隱患(huan)排查(cha)(cha),做好(hao)防(fang)洪、防(fang)爆、防(fang)燃(ran)、防(fang)盜工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo);五是(shi)(shi)(shi)開展日常機車設(she)備的保養和維護(hu),保障操作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)人(ren)員(yuan)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan);六是(shi)(shi)(shi)嚴格執行(xing)(xing)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)獎懲(cheng)制度,對安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)不(bu)規范行(xing)(xing)為予以懲(cheng)罰。從拌(ban)(ban)(ban)合(he)站規劃(hua)到投入使(shi)用至今,嚴格按(an)照(zhao)規范精細操作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),未發生過一(yi)起安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)事故。
班組是地瓜视频的(de)(de)重要宣傳陣地,也(ye)是企(qi)(qi)業精(jing)神的(de)(de)集中(zhong)展(zhan)示。拌合(he)站在場站建(jian)設(she)中(zhong)力(li)求打造企(qi)(qi)業窗口,將公司在質量進度(du)安全控(kong)制(zhi)上的(de)(de)理念、精(jing)神文明建(jian)設(she)的(de)(de)成(cheng)果以(yi)及職工良好的(de)(de)精(jing)神面貌對外展(zhan)現。
班組(zu)是企業(ye)文明的(de)集中展現
在(zai)我拌合(he)站(zhan)全體員(yuan)工(gong)的(de)共同努力和團(tuan)結奮進下,截止2013年3月,我拌合(he)站(zhan)共完(wan)成混凝土43000m³,完(wan)成1600米的(de)圓管(guan),蓋板完(wan)成了5150塊(kuai),20米箱梁完(wan)成了26片,13米的(de)空心板完(wan)成了5片。拌合(he)站(zhan)班(ban)組在(zai)生(sheng)產經營管(guan)理中(zhong),堅持精益理念,追求(qiu)做到更好(hao),獲得指揮部(bu)及交(jiao)投集團(tuan)領導成員(yuan)的(de)高度認可及肯定,先后吸引(yin)來馬路(lu)、河都(dou)路(lu)、大巴(ba)路(lu)、柳(liu)梧路(lu)等區內在(zai)建兄弟(di)標(biao)(biao)段前來交(jiao)流參觀,為(wei)公司贏(ying)得了良(liang)好(hao)的(de)信譽。榮譽是(shi)不斷前行的(de)動力,馬平2標(biao)(biao)二分部(bu)中(zhong)心拌合(he)站(zhan)將不辱使命,完(wan)成好(hao)公司交(jiao)予的(de)工(gong)作任(ren)務。
