我公司(si)召開2012年第二次(ci)生產(chan)會議
9月19日(ri),我公(gong)司(si)召開(kai)2012年(nian)第二(er)次生產(chan)會議,對公(gong)司(si)今年(nian)1月至8月工(gong)作情況進行總(zong)結,對下一步工(gong)作進行部(bu)署。公(gong)司(si)領(ling)導(dao)班子成員,職能部(bu)門全體人員,項(xiang)目經(jing)理(li)、總(zong)工(gong)、黨支部(bu)負(fu)責(ze)人,駐(zhu)外辦事處(chu)主任(經(jing)理(li)),駐(zhu)邕(yong)單位領(ling)導(dao)班子成員參加(jia)了此次會議。
公(gong)(gong)司(si)董事(shi)長趙亞飛對(dui)公(gong)(gong)司(si)的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)前景進(jin)行(xing)了(le)(le)描繪(hui),對(dui)公(gong)(gong)司(si)全體(ti)圍繞“轉作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)風、強(qiang)(qiang)基(ji)礎、促(cu)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)”的(de)(de)(de)主(zhu)線(xian)開展(zhan)(zhan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)取得(de)了(le)(le)成效進(jin)行(xing)了(le)(le)肯定,同時(shi)指出了(le)(le)存在不(bu)(bu)足,他要(yao)(yao)(yao)求全體(ti)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)在抓(zhua)(zhua)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)主(zhu)線(xian)上(shang)要(yao)(yao)(yao)做出更多卓(zhuo)有成效的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。今年(nian)中標額突破63億是(shi)(shi)(shi)公(gong)(gong)司(si)跨(kua)越發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)個階梯,為此(ci),趙亞飛董事(shi)長對(dui)下一(yi)(yi)階段工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)提出了(le)(le)8項(xiang)具體(ti)要(yao)(yao)(yao)求。一(yi)(yi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)對(dui)不(bu)(bu)能(neng)適應公(gong)(gong)司(si)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)制度(du)(du)進(jin)行(xing)補充、修改和完(wan)善,增(zeng)強(qiang)(qiang)制度(du)(du)的(de)(de)(de)針對(dui)性(xing)和可操作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)性(xing)。二(er)是(shi)(shi)(shi)職能(neng)部門要(yao)(yao)(yao)進(jin)一(yi)(yi)步增(zeng)強(qiang)(qiang)服務(wu)意(yi)識,繼續抓(zhua)(zhua)好(hao)“轉作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)風、強(qiang)(qiang)基(ji)礎、促(cu)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)”的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)主(zhu)線(xian),打造出團結(jie)和諧(xie)的(de)(de)(de)企(qi)業團隊(dui)。三(san)是(shi)(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)加(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)設(she)備、周轉材料(liao)(liao)的(de)(de)(de)規(gui)范(fan)化(hua)、標準化(hua)管理(li)。公(gong)(gong)司(si)周轉材料(liao)(liao)量大(da),損耗也大(da),對(dui)不(bu)(bu)能(neng)嚴格(ge)執行(xing)公(gong)(gong)司(si)相關規(gui)定的(de)(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)(yao)嚴肅處理(li)。四是(shi)(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)調整、規(gui)范(fan)和完(wan)善合(he)同管理(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),各(ge)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)加(jia)大(da)該項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)宣貫力(li)度(du)(du)。五是(shi)(shi)(shi)北(bei)海BT項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)抓(zhua)(zhua)緊建(jian)設(she)進(jin)度(du)(du),開展(zhan)(zhan)交叉作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)業,爭取在春節前完(wan)成完(wan)相關工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)任(ren)務(wu)。六是(shi)(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)做好(hao)人(ren)(ren)員的(de)(de)(de)合(he)理(li)調配工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),同時(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)加(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)對(dui)外聘人(ren)(ren)員、實(shi)習(xi)生的(de)(de)(de)規(gui)范(fan)化(hua)管理(li)。七是(shi)(shi)(shi)公(gong)(gong)司(si)承(cheng)建(jian)的(de)(de)(de)改擴建(jian)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)難度(du)(du)大(da),各(ge)部門要(yao)(yao)(yao)加(jia)大(da)指導和服務(wu)力(li)度(du)(du),項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)在做好(hao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)同時(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)培養出一(yi)(yi)批(pi)改擴建(jian)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)人(ren)(ren)才。八是(shi)(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)采取有力(li)措施(shi),強(qiang)(qiang)化(hua)資(zi)金管理(li),并形成考核(he)機制。
會(hui)上,公司總經理(li)何崇雄對旱季(ji)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)著力點進行了強調部署。一是(shi)要(yao)高度(du)重(zhong)視,統一認識,切實完(wan)成年度(du)目(mu)(mu)標(biao)任務。二(er)是(shi)各(ge)單位要(yao)根據公司總整目(mu)(mu)標(biao)制定好(hao)相應目(mu)(mu)標(biao),采取有效措施(shi)(shi),推進工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作開(kai)展(zhan)。三是(shi)旱季(ji)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)要(yao)抓好(hao)安全和質(zhi)量(liang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作。四(si)是(shi)理(li)清(qing)思路(lu),做好(hao)計(ji)量(liang)、資金回收(shou)及收(shou)尾項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)的(de)(de)變更(geng)索(suo)賠等(deng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作。五是(shi)嚴(yan)格抓好(hao)合作項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)的(de)(de)管理(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作。六(liu)是(shi)拓寬思路(lu),加強市場開(kai)拓力度(du),推動(dong)企(qi)業轉型(xing)。七是(shi)職能部門、下屬(shu)單位要(yao)以(yi)服務一線為中心(xin),找到開(kai)展(zhan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作著力點和突破點。八(ba)是(shi)會(hui)后各(ge)級(ji)領導干部要(yao)把掀起(qi)旱季(ji)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)高潮誓師大會(hui)、第二(er)次生(sheng)產會(hui)會(hui)的(de)(de)要(yao)求傳(chuan)達到每一個員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),提高凝(ning)聚力和戰斗力。何崇雄總經理(li)還傳(chuan)達了集團公司成立十周(zhou)年慶典活(huo)動(dong)的(de)(de)主要(yao)內容,要(yao)求各(ge)單位高度(du)重(zhong)視,宣傳(chuan)到位,積極參與(yu),做到慶典與(yu)生(sheng)產兩不誤。
公司副總經理趙武、莫志凡、黃海權、黎卓勤、陸原恩,總經濟師黃非,總會計師蒙少舉在會上就各自分管的工作進行總結和部署。趙武副總經理強調一要加強計劃管理,加大投入,加強對勞務隊的管理和服務;二要做好溝通工作,開好例會;三要加班加點完成任務,領導班子要帶頭示范。莫志凡副總經理強調一要加強收尾項目的資金回收工作,做好后期經營管理;二要修訂及完善安全生產制度,落實措施加強旱季施工安全重點隱患防范。黃海權副總經理強調一是各項目要倒排工作計劃,班子間做好溝通,解決好質量、安全通病,做好變更索賠工作及材料儲備等工作。二是相關部門要強化溝通,轉變觀念,積極爭取市場份額和涉足新領域,走多元化發展道路。黎卓勤副總經理強調一要做好項目每月、每周、每天的施工計劃,引入競爭機制,形成你追我趕的氛圍;二要在旱季階段嚴格控制請假的同時要加大獎勵力度;三是合作項目的管理要做到參與不替代、監督不對立、務實不虛設,大事講原則、小事講諒解;四是深入一線,加強培養力度,做好質量管理工作。陸原恩副總經理重點通報了六欽路、欽崇路項目取得的成績及存在的困難,并對相關因素進行分析,指出了六欽路、欽崇路項目下一階段工作開展的重點。黃非總經濟師對分管的防東路、北海BT項目及設備管理工作有針對性地提出了具體要求,強調要積極主動,做好計劃,縝密安排,加快進度;要完善資料,加強資金回收;要維護好交通安全,加強質量控制等。蒙少舉總會計師強調一是把旱季施工與資金回收作為兩個同等重要的工作來抓;二是各項目要有大局意識,配合好公司做好資金周轉等工作;三是要落實資金管理措施,修訂和完善資金管理辦法,做好資金回收計劃;四是職工高層住宅樓預計10月中旬開工,相關部門要抓緊時間做好開工前各項工作。
