——梧柳7標澆筑完成(cheng)第500根樁基
近日(ri),在梧柳7標全體員(yuan)工(gong)齊心協力的(de)(de)努力下,順利澆(jiao)(jiao)筑完(wan)成(cheng)第500根橋(qiao)(qiao)梁樁基,項目的(de)(de)橋(qiao)(qiao)梁施工(gong)在高山深谷中穩步(bu)推(tui)(tui)進(jin)。梧柳7標路線全長15.6公里(li),橋(qiao)(qiao)梁隧道(dao)總長占10.7公里(li),橋(qiao)(qiao)隧造價占總產值(zhi)比(bi)近80%。梧柳7標是(shi)集團公司有(you)史以來(lai)最(zui)大(da)的(de)(de)項目,也是(shi)橋(qiao)(qiao)隧比(bi)最(zui)高的(de)(de)一個項目。在前期充足的(de)(de)準備下,自2014年11月(yue)下達開(kai)工(gong)令后,項目橋(qiao)(qiao)梁樁基施工(gong)全面鋪開(kai),開(kai)平臺、急運輸、搶(qiang)澆(jiao)(jiao)筑快(kuai)速推(tui)(tui)進(jin),克(ke)服了運輸極度困(kun)難、雨水(shui)天氣泛濫、技術人員(yuan)和勞務(wu)隊伍緊缺等(deng)困(kun)難,取(qu)得(de)澆(jiao)(jiao)筑樁基近50%的(de)(de)成(cheng)績。
精(jing)兵強將 勇擔重擔
梧柳(liu)高速公路共分為(wei)10個標(biao)段,梧柳(liu)7標(biao)是(shi)10個標(biao)段中(zhong)橋隧(sui)(sui)比最(zui)高、施(shi)工條(tiao)件最(zui)艱險和施(shi)工難度最(zui)大的一(yi)個項目,即使在(zai)廣西高速公路史上也屬(shu)罕見。設計橋梁32座總長(chang)7.6公里,樁基1077根,墩柱811根,T梁2802片(pian)。隧(sui)(sui)道4座總長(chang)3.1公里,橋隧(sui)(sui)長(chang)度占總長(chang)比達(da)67%;中標價(jia)為12.5億(yi)元(yuan),有效合同價(jia)11.37億(yi)元(yuan),橋隧產值8.72億(yi)元(yuan),占總合同價(jia)的76.6%。便道(dao)和主線所經之處(chu)都是深溝(gou)大壑、地勢(shi)險峻,風化石地質穩定性極差。
10個(ge)標段的(de)承建企業多為“中”字頭央企或(huo)國(guo)內知名特級省企,梧柳7標的(de)施(shi)工(gong)難度對于一個(ge)國(guo)家公路工(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)總承包壹級資質的(de)地方施(shi)工(gong)單(dan)位來說頗具(ju)挑戰(zhan)。梧柳7標項目管理(li)團隊成員大多沒有(you)接觸過大型的(de)橋(qiao)梁施(shi)工(gong),大規模的(de)橋(qiao)隧(sui)施(shi)工(gong)經驗十分有(you)限(xian),這使得(de)項目開展難上加難。
面對如此惡劣(lie)施工(gong)(gong)環境(jing)(jing)和(he)橋(qiao)(qiao)隧(sui)人(ren)才緊缺(que)的(de)(de)困(kun)境(jing)(jing),梧柳7標采取外部(bu)求(qiu)援內部(bu)培(pei)養的(de)(de)方(fang)式組(zu)建精(jing)(jing)兵強(qiang)將(jiang)的(de)(de)橋(qiao)(qiao)隧(sui)技術(shu)團(tuan)(tuan)隊。項(xiang)目(mu)從(cong)集團(tuan)(tuan)公(gong)司(si)調配橋(qiao)(qiao)梁、隧(sui)道(dao)施工(gong)(gong)經(jing)驗(yan)豐富的(de)(de)人(ren)員同時,項(xiang)目(mu)開展橋(qiao)(qiao)梁隧(sui)道(dao)施工(gong)(gong)技術(shu)專題培(pei)訓,營造出(chu)濃厚的(de)(de)橋(qiao)(qiao)隧(sui)技術(shu)學(xue)習氛圍,努力培(pei)養出(chu)一大批橋(qiao)(qiao)隧(sui)人(ren)才。隨著團(tuan)(tuan)隊默(mo)契感不斷(duan)增強(qiang),項(xiang)目(mu)的(de)(de)整體效(xiao)率也在不斷(duan)提高,梧柳7標正以頑強(qiang)拼搏的(de)(de)態度(du),克(ke)難攻堅(jian)的(de)(de)決心(xin),力創精(jing)(jing)品工(gong)(gong)程,展現路建鐵(tie)軍的(de)(de)風范。
逢山開路 遇(yu)水架橋
高架橋在山(shan)谷中(zhong)蜿蜒跨越江河(he)湖泊,長(chang)隧道穿過崇山(shan)峻(jun)嶺,橋接隧道、隧道接橋——這是梧(wu)柳(liu)(liu)7標最直觀(guan)的(de)印象。梧(wu)柳(liu)(liu)7標沿線地質條件復雜,地面起伏(fu)大,山(shan)體陡峭,溝(gou)壑(he)沖槽(cao)分(fen)布(bu)廣泛(fan),山(shan)體表面以風(feng)化石為主,地質穩定(ding)性(xing)差。加(jia)之(zhi)雨季較長(chang),山(shan)體滑坡、泥石流塌方等地質災害高發(fa),造成(cheng)工作面狹窄,施工環境(jing)惡(e)劣,施工技術要求高,成(cheng)為制約(yue)項(xiang)目(mu)建(jian)設的(de)重要因素。
梧柳7標地處大瑤山腹地,交通(tong)閉塞,僅(jin)有一條3.5米寬(kuan)的(de)(de)村級水泥路(lu)通(tong)往外部,路(lu)面狹窄(zhai)彎曲(qu)導致大型機械、貨車(che)進場較為困難。而連接項(xiang)目的(de)(de)舊有運輸道(dao)路(lu)基本(ben)沒有,全線(xian)運輸只能依靠項(xiang)目自己(ji)開辟的(de)(de)一條長達(da)23公(gong)里的(de)(de)縱(zong)向便道(dao)、搭設的(de)(de)10座(zuo)鋼棧橋來完成(cheng)。但是由(you)于(yu)楓木界隧道(dao)將項(xiang)目一分(fen)為二,加(jia)上縱(zong)向便道(dao)蜿蜒分(fen)布,項(xiang)目管理路(lu)線(xian)長達(da)58公(gong)里。豐沛的(de)(de)雨水經常造成(cheng)狹窄(zhai)曲(qu)折的(de)(de)便道(dao)淤泥沉積,材(cai)料無法運輸。
復(fu)雜的地質(zhi)條件,緊張(zhang)的運(yun)輸(shu)便道(dao)也不(bu)能阻擋(dang)項目前進的步(bu)伐,梧(wu)柳7標采取多(duo)舉措消除(chu)不(bu)利因素,加(jia)密維修施工便道(dao),抓住晴(qing)天加(jia)緊施工,創(chuang)新工法,簡化材料運(yun)輸(shu)環(huan)節,提高工作(zuo)效(xiao)率。
水上跑車 深(shen)山臥龍(long)
復雜的地(di)質(zhi)條件(jian),也導致了(le)施工難度加(jia)大。梧柳7標的32座橋中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)有23座大橋,9座中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)橋,且絕(jue)大部(bu)分是墩柱(zhu)高30-50米(mi)的高橋。其中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)有20座跨河橋梁,共(gong)計(ji)跨河27次,有2座大橋超過600米(mi),楓(feng)木界1#大橋就是其中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)一座。
楓木(mu)界(jie)1#大(da)橋(qiao)(674米(mi))橫跨水(shui)庫,采(cai)用(yong)水(shui)上搭設鋼結構平(ping)臺的方案施工(gong)(gong)。該橋(qiao)共有樁(zhuang)基82根,有30根是水(shui)下樁(zhuang),水(shui)下樁(zhuang)深(shen)度(du)(du)全部超過(guo)30米(mi),其中最深(shen)一根樁(zhuang)基深(shen)達43米(mi)。樁(zhuang)基深(shen)度(du)(du)甚至比長(chang)江(jiang)上部分(fen)橋(qiao)梁的樁(zhuang)基深(shen)度(du)(du)還(huan)(huan)要深(shen),而(er)且還(huan)(huan)具有作業面多而(er)分(fen)散,施工(gong)(gong)復雜,施工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)藝要求高(gao)的特點。楓木(mu)界(jie)1#大(da)橋(qiao)堪(kan)稱(cheng)梧(wu)柳7標控制性工(gong)(gong)程中施工(gong)(gong)難度(du)(du)和復雜程度(du)(du)之最。
門頭河(he)1#大(da)橋(qiao)(667米)也是控制性(xing)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程的(de)特(te)大(da)橋(qiao)梁(liang)(liang),但與楓木界1#大(da)橋(qiao)相比施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)術相對簡單(dan),但是在(zai)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)地(di)質(zhi)地(di)貌(mao)及交(jiao)通條件上卻是全(quan)線最(zui)艱(jian)難的(de)。門頭河(he)1#大(da)橋(qiao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)地(di)貌(mao)復雜(za),在(zai)深谷和絕壁中4次跨河(he)。項(xiang)目沿(yan)山開(kai)鑿的(de)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)便(bian)道(dao)寬度不夠,山路狹窄(zhai)彎(wan)急坡多,運送大(da)型施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)材料十分不方(fang)便(bian)。在(zai)橋(qiao)梁(liang)(liang)樁位調(diao)研時,為(wei)了(le)得(de)到準確的(de)橋(qiao)墩位置,制定(ding)出科學的(de)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)方(fang)案,集團公(gong)司總工(gong)(gong)(gong)程師張(zhang)坤球和項(xiang)目領導班子及全(quan)體技(ji)術人員只能通過翻山越嶺,趟河(he)涉水開(kai)展(zhan)調(diao)研,才最(zui)終確定(ding)該(gai)橋(qiao)的(de)專項(xiang)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)方(fang)案,施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)難度可想而(er)知(zhi)。
開拓創新 推進(jin)施工
雖然梧柳(liu)7標施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)條件艱險和(he)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)難度(du)大(da),但并沒有嚇倒路建鐵(tie)軍,橋隧技(ji)術人員迎難而上(shang)。在(zai)張坤球總(zong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程師的帶(dai)領下(xia)針對制(zhi)約梧柳(liu)7標施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的因(yin)素,攻堅(jian)克難,總(zong)結橋隧施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)經(jing)驗,研(yan)發(fa)實(shi)用型(xing)專利:圓(yuan)柱(zhu)模附(fu)模腳手(shou)架,較傳統(tong)方法(fa)墩柱(zhu)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)速度(du)提高了4倍,對項目施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)起到了巨大(da)的促(cu)進(jin)作用。大(da)膽創新研(yan)發(fa)新型(xing)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)法(fa),提高了項目施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)效率和(he)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝水平(ping),為打造(zao)精品工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程奠定(ding)了堅(jian)實(shi)的基礎。
